Personality: He is fun loving, kind and caring. He likes to have a good time, be it fighting, drinking, hanging out with friends or exploring the living world. He does have a serious side. But that side only come out in life or death battles. When his serious side takes over in battle he is very calculative and will often ensnare the enemy in traps or just over power them with the pure force of his kidou.

Physical Description: He is tall and lean. He has a fairly muscular build, his legs are much more muscular than his arms however. He has short white hair that is almost always worn in a messy style. His eyes are ice blue.
Outfit Description: Since leaving the Gotei 13 Fuyu's attire has changed quite drastically. Rather than wearing the traditional Shinigami Uniform he now wears a sleeveless shirt in either a white, ice-blue or black color, or sometimes one with a snow camouflage pattern. He wears blue jeans and a pair of black sneakers. He also wears a pair of black leather fingerless gloves and a black strap around his right arm which when removed allows him to exit his gigai. [His attire between the two forms is the same] He also wears a pair of black sunglasses [Much like the Romani Glasses on gaia]

Zanpaku-to Name and Sealed Description: Touketsu Ookami [[Frozen Wolf]] A very thin and sharp dagger that is excellent for focusing power into one small point to increase the effect of a stab. The thin blade combined with its sharpness makes it excellent for finishing off a paralyzed opponent.

Shikai: Released When released Fuyu's dagger disappears and his clothes begin to glow bright white. A bright flash that will blind anyone looking then occurs, instantly after a suit much like the picture is covering Fuyu. The differences being that the suit is white as opposed to black, and the lines/markings almost appear to look like ice. If the sleeves, shirt or pants are removed the markings that were on the robe transfer to Fuyu's skin.
Shikai Abilities: The released form of Fuyu's Zanpaku-to gives him the ability to control a blue flame that is ice cold, known as a frozen flame. This can be solidified to Ice at Fuyu's will or be fluid and move like fire. It is capable of freezing anything it touches. It also gives him the ability to control Ice. However in Shikai this is limited to an area of 60 yards around him. It also makes it easier for him to channel his Reiatsu for Kidou. In addition if he removes a piece of his robe [such as a sleeve or the entire top] all the energy that flows through the entire suit is more concentrated and focused into the remaining parts. More likely than not Fuyu will remove all but the gloves if facing a strong opponent rather than enter bankai. Doing so can well over triple the original power of his shikai.
Shikai Attacks:
Gyou [[Freeze]] - If the opponent is in range of Fuyu's Shikai [[60yards]] this attack raises spikes of ice out of the ground that pierce and freeze the opponents feet to the ground.
Oshi [[Push]] - A pillar of ice comes out of the ground from in front of the opponent aimed straight for them. If it connects it hits with a large force and pushes the opponent back.
Hosaki [[Flame Tips]] - The blue flames rush out of the ground towards the opponent with the tips solidified aimed to pierce the opponent in multiple places causing a good deal of damage.
Garou [[Hungry Wolf]] - A bright blue wolf is summoned from the ice. The wolf is made entirely of Fuyu's reiatsu and can be used to channel other attacks, such as kidou, though. The wolf will relentlessly attack the opponent attempting to tear into their flesh, just as a hungry wolf would.
Shikai Release Command: Tou [[Be Frozen Over]]
Bankai: The suit that was Fuyu's Shikai [what is left of it], a large white-blue blinding aura surrounds Fuyu. As the light dissipates the area around Fuyu it is possible to see any and all water that was contained in the air instantly freeze and form into sharp crystals. A pair of gloves similar to those of his shikai are formed on his hands as well as a pair of pure white boots with white-blue markings. What appear to be two daggers made of ice appear hanging from a belt around Fuyu's waist. He can turn the gloves into a pair of frozen claws as he wishes.
Bankai Abilities: The claws are extremely sharp and can freeze whatever they strike, same with the daggers. The boots enable him to focus his reiatsu to use it for increased speed or jumps. Making him great at evasion. The water in the air freezes up to a 15 foot radius around Fuyu as a result of his reiatsu overflowing from a small bankai, he can use these small shards of ice as small projectiles or mold them into a larger spear, he can also move the shards at his will and fire low level kidou from them [From 1 to 15]. He is also able to use his 'Frozen Flame' in up to a half-mile radius.
Bankai Attacks:
Gachigachi [[Frozen Solid]] - A more potent version of Gyou. In this version 5 pillars of ice are formed around the opponent so close to them that it traps them, and begins to freeze them. The 5 pillars are then crushed by a much larger pillar that also crushes the opponent. The 6th pillar is generally not summoned until the opponent is Frozen Solid, so that they are shattered along with the pillars.
Heki [[Pierce]] - Long, sharp and thin rods of ice shoot out of the ground in a circle around the opponent aimed at piercing their abdomen.
Garou - Hyounou[[Hungry Wolf - Ice Pack]] - A pack of bright blue wolves are summoned from the ice. The wolves are made entirely of Fuyu's reiatsu and can be used to channel other attacks, such as kidou, though. • Bakudō #1: Sai (塞, Restrain) — Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
• Bakudō #2: Kabe (壁, Wall) — Creates a wall of spiritual energy in front of the spell caster.
• Bakudō #4: Hainawa (這縄, Crawling Rope) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
• Bakudō #8: Seki (斥, Repulse) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.
• Bakudō #9: Geki (撃, Strike) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!"
• Bakudō #12: Fushibi (伏火, Ambush Flare) — A net formed from an attachment point on the caster, can be small or large depending on the reiatsu force behind it. Has been used before in conjunction with Hadō #31: Shakkahō.
• Bakudō #26: Kyakko (曲光, Curving Light) — Hides the target from sight, presumably by bending light.
• Bakudō #30: Shitotsu Sansen (嘴突三閃, Beak-Stab Triple Beam) — Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.
• Bakudō #37: Tsuriboshi (吊星, Suspending Star) — Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.
• Bakudō #39: Enkosen (円閘扇, Arc Shield) — Summons a shield of condensed Reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.
• Bakudō #58: Kakushitsuijaku (摑趾追雀, Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows) — Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
Incantation: "Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain."
• Bakudō #61: Rikujōkōrō (六杖光牢, Six Rods Prison of Light) — Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. The target is then unable to move any part of there body including the parts that were not struck by the beams.
Incantation: "Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!"
• Bakudō #62: Hyapporankan (百歩欄干, Hundred Steps Fence) — A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.
• Bakudō #63: Sajō Sabaku (鎖条鎖縛, Locking Bondage Stripes) — Binds the arms of a target. Physical strength alone should not be enough to break out of a level 60 Bakudō
• Bakudō #73: Tozanshou (Falling Mountain Crystal) — Creates a pyramid-shaped barrier around the caster.
• Bakudō #75: Gochūtekkan (五柱鉄貫, Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars) — Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.
Incantation: "Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end."
• Bakudō #77: Tenteikūra (天挺空羅, Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air) — Transmits messages mentally to anyone within an area of the caster's choosing. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages. The messages can be spoken either by the caster or by another within the vicinity of the caster.
Incantation: "Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly though the heavens."
• Bakudō #81: Dankū (斷空, Splitting Void) — Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. Capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89.
• Bakudō #99 Part 1: Kin (禁, Seal) — Binds the arms of a target on their back like Bakudō Number 1, but with spiritual fabric and iron shafts.
• Bakudo #99 Part 2: Bankin (卍禁, Great seal) — This spell covers a target from head to toe with spiritual fabric (first song), stabs them with numerous metal blades, or nails (second song), and then smashes them with an immense metal cube (final song).
Incantation: First song: Halting Fabric (初曲・止繃, shokyoku: shiryū). Second song: hundred linked bolts (弐曲・百連閂, nikyoku: hyakurensan). Final song: Great seal of 10,000 forbiddings (終曲・卍禁太封, shūkyoku: bankin taihō)
Hado:
• Hadō #1: Shō (衝, Thrust) — Pushes the target away from the caster.
• Hadō #4: Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning) — The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.
• Hadō #11: Tsuzuri Raiden (縛られた電光, Bound Lightning) — Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.
• Hadō #31: Shakkahō (赤火砲, Shot of Red Fire) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"
• Hadō #33: Sōkatsui (蒼火墜, Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws."
• Hadō #54: Haien (廃炎, Abolishing Flames) — Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.
• Hadō #58: Tenran (闐嵐, Orchid Sky) — A widening tornado-like blast is fired towards the target.
• Hadō #63: Raikōhō (雷吼炮, Thunder Roar Cannon) — Fires a massive wave of yellow energy at a target.
Incantation: "Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!"
• Hadō #73: Sōren Sōkatsui (双蓮蒼火墜, Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Essentially a doubled version of Hadō #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens."
• Hadō #88: Hiryūgeki Zoku Shinten Raihō (飛竜撃賊震天雷砲, Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) — Fires a gigantic electricity blast of spiritual energy resulting in an truly enormous explosion.
• Hadō #90: Kurohitsugi (黒棺, Black Coffin) — Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.
Other:
• Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash Step) — This demon art corresponds to a "haste" or "boost" skill, allowing a shinigami to move his or her body within a certain distance at super-speed. It is speculated that this art works in combination with foot combat, hohō.
• Senka (闪花, Flash Blossom) — A flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a strike aimed to destroy the saketsu chain and the hakusui soul sleep with a combination of two quick thrusts.
• Shunko (瞬閧, Flash Cry) — A technique which combines hand-to-hand combat and Kidō. A high-pressured Kidō is installed throughout the user's body, enhancing their arms and legs for battle. The Kidō can also be fired at opponents.
• Utsusemi (空蝉, Cicada) — Allows a person to move out of harms way by creating another image of themselves.
• Hakufuku (白伏, White Crawl) — This technique muddles the consciousness of its target.
• Kyōmon (鏡門, Mirror Door) — It creates a glass-like barrier which is difficult to break from the outside, but quite simple to break from the inside.
• Keikatsu (啓活, Hiroshi Life?) — A healing technique.
• Shimoku (紫木, Purple Wood?) — This ability causes the opponent to become poisoned.
• Seppa (石波, Stone Wave) — This technique turns whatever it is aimed at into sand. It has a variety of uses, ranging from cushioning a fall to creating quick escape routes.
Forbidden:
• Jikanteishi (時間停止, Temporal Stasis) — It is a spell that halts time in a specific area. Has been used before in conjunction with Kūkanten'i, another Forbidden Kidō spell.
• Kūkanten'i (空間転位, Spatial Displacement) — This spell can be used with Jikanteishi to teleport a specified portion of space from one point to another, transporting even other active Kidō spells.
Vizard Mask: Here
Vizard Resurrection: The mask covering the face changes dramatically when entering Resurrection form as the whole mask is made up of the entire Hollow's body unlike most mask which do take on the appearance of the Hollow's Face. The mask becomes streamlined and comes to look much like Ichigo's mask save for the two small horns on top. The markings on his mask remain the same.
The body takes on a white shell much like the mask, with 2 spikes protruding from his arms[2 on each arm, in the same spots on each arm], one from the side of the shoulder which is 7inches long pointing backwards and outwards at a 20degree angle and upward at a 40degree angle. The second spike is 3 inches lower and measures at 4 inches, it follows the same projection as the higher spike. A small band of spikes form around his wrist which has a black circle around it from which the spikes protrude which measure in a a half an inch. The middle spike on the top of the wrist [back of the hand] has a black line that runs from it to the second smaller spike. The spike on the outside of the hand [same side as the pinkie] has a black line that connects to the first larger spike. His chest changes very little other than looking like it did as a human covered in a white shell of bone. [He had a six pack so it still shows through] There are two black lines of a half inch with that form an 'x' over his chest crossing his shoulder and forming the same 'x' on his back. His fingers grow to be very pointed and sharp.
The lower half of his body it is hard to notice any changes save for being able to see the white bone covering his body, as there is no increase in his size the original pants he is wearing are not destroyed. A similar band of spikes can however be seen around the ankles and his toes become much more pointed.
Vizard/Inner Hollow Special Abilities: His inner hollow is streamlined and very fast but focuses on power. It has the ability to focus energy in an instant at an increased power. Making it capable of firing full power Cero's in an instant as well as making kidou a great deal more powerful. It also has the innate ability to control wind. Being capable of forming the wind into blades or suffocate an immobilized enemy.

Vizard Abilities:
Bala: (虚弾(バラ), Bara; Spanish for "bullet") is an Espada alternative to the cero. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist. It is seriously weaker than a normal cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same.
Cero: (虚閃(セロ), Sero; Spanish for "zero") are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, horns, hand or fingers. Only Menos, Arrancar, and the Vizards have so far been shown to use cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.
Garganta: (黒腔(ガルガンタ), Garuganta; Spanish for "throat") is how Arrancar and Menos class hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. Tousen Kaname and Urahara Kisuke have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.
Hierro: (鋼皮(イエロ), Hiero; Spanish for "iron") refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutou bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar have proportionally stronger skin.
Negación: (反膜(ネガシオン), Spanish for "negation") fields are used to rescue fellow hollows. Only the Gillian-class Menos have shown the ability to use it. Negación fields surround a target in a square beam of light that isolates the target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them.
Pesquisa: (探査回路(ペスキス), Pesukisa; Spanish for "inquiry") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions similar to sonar.
Sonído: (響転(ソニード), Sonīdo; Spanish for "sound") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami flash steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for flash steps.

Bio: As a human he discovered that he had the ability to move things with his mind from a fairly young age, the age of 7. Once he grew a little older, 13, he decided to hone the ability and use it to help his family since they were not very good off with his father dying and his mother a wreck from working trying to pay the bills. He initially did small demonstrations for people who would pay him and they gradually evolved into more and more complicated and bigger demonstrations costing more for people to watch.
By the time he was 15 his father had died, however he still did the demonstrations/shows to help his mother to pay the bills that had been left in the wake of his fathers death. By 16 he had been pulled to Vegas and made much more than he could ever need. But stayed in order to make money to help other children who had to go through what he did.
He stayed in Vegas up until his death at 18. In the 2 years he was in Vegas he had made millions and given almost all of it away to help unfortunate children.
At 18 he was killed by a crazed maniac who wanted the fame and fortune for himself, instead of someone he viewed as an idiot for giving the money away. The maniac tried many ways to kill Fuyu, most of which failed due to his Telekinesis. Because at that point in his life Fuyu was powerful enough to even stop bullets. In the end the maniac managed to slip some poison into a drink that Fuyu had. Fuyu suffered from the poison for days before he was finally killed by it.

Once Fuyu awakened in the Soul Society he wandered around, not knowing anyone in the strange place he was scared. He wandered around alone for most of his time, often avoiding people because he was afraid of the new place he was in. After some time in Soul Society his Telekinesis began to resurface and he began to once again train it. He developed his powers rather quickly and was soon able to lift objects such as crates or even large rocks and hurl them. Naturally he was soon noticed by the Gotei 13 and pulled into the Shinigami Academy.
During his time in the Academy he befriended Yomiko, a girl of around his age who he had been asked to tutor since he was a well rounded student and top or close to the top in his classes. Yomi however was not keen on having a tutor and did as much as she could to avoid Fuyu, finding hiding spots as well as making up lame a** excuses to try and get out of the lessons. However Fuyu was a master at hide and seek and would find Yomi and drag her to the sessions, not having any of her excuses, he treated her as a normal person and not as if she was royalty. As he worked with her in the subject area's the two grew very close, becoming close friends. Yomi, whose morale was raised by gaining a friend began to grow much better in her classes until her and Fuyu were in the same class. Naturally they were paired together for training missions and would quite often spar together. The time spent together as well as the missions performed allowed their trust in one another to grow and they quickly became best friends.
He exited the Academy one of the highest in his class in hand-to-hand combat. He was however the absolute top in kidou and second in shunpo. He decided to enter fifth squad due to his innate ability with Kidou as well as his telekinesis which he was once again training and aiming to master.
Eventually he worked up the ranks if the fifth squad until he was the Lieutenant. His captain had taught him every kidou as well as helped him continue his shunpo and hand-to-hand combat training. Eventually the captain came to know that he would die soon. So doing the only honorable thing he could think of he pressed to have Fuyu take his spot as captain and then headed off to take out as many hollow as he could before he himself died.
Fuyu took his spot as captain of the Fifth squad roughly around the same time that Yomiko gained her status as the Squad 2 Captain. Gaining the position of Squad 5 Captain, he also became the leader of the Kidou corps, so he once again works along side Yomiko. Fuyu is often thought to be quite a young captain due to only physically appearing 18, when in reality he learned to manipulate the cold of his reiatsu to slow his spirits aging so that though much older than other captains, he appears to be quite younger.
[[For any questions as to why he is a master of shunpo, it is because I figure Tessai is extremely strong and former 5th captain, so why not make one who is extremely fast. As it sounds much more interesting and useful than being strong and being able to fight from great distances.]]
