If you didn't get it clear on the "Urgent message" Here's how it goes:
1: You find a squad you like
2: In that squad there is an application and transfers forum
3: Post an application in that forum
4: You can't post in other forums until the Squad Captain accepts you

So, here it is, just write these couple of things:
-Your name
-Why you wanna be here
-Why you like this guild [Be positive!]
-And anything else you want me to know about you
