I'm really scared I might have an eating disorder. I keep losing weight because I'm barely eating. I'm eating as much as my body's letting me and I still keep losing weight. It's really really scaring me. I'm paranoid that I'm gonna keep losing weight and starve to death or something or lose too much and have to get sent to the hospital. I'm really scared, you guys. I keep trying to tell myself that my sister had the exact same thing but she got over it. But it's still really really hard. I'm sorry, I had to say something. I don't want you guys to tell me to EAT or to GO TO THE DOCTOR but I'm just scared ;__;

If you are preventing yourself from eating then maybe you do have an eating disorder. But if your just eating all that you want to eat at the time then I dont think that you do. Is there something emotional that is going on thats is making you disinterested in eating?
If your worried about nutrients then just make sure that what you are eating is very nutrient dense. Turkey is the most nutrious meat, Cheese (real chesse not that Americant Cheese s**t) is also extrememly high in nutrient/calories.

Who the heck is that person?
Well, honey, this actually may not be as serious as you think.
One question for you, are your fingers rough?

I don't think you have an eating disorder if you're not starving yourself on purpose, or throwing up after most meals.
Your body might just have a low need for food and a high calorie burn rate.
Either way, you should try to eat more carbohydrates like bread and pasta, so when you do eat, you have lots of energy your body can burn off before you feel the need to eat again. You also might want to try drinking more water with your meals. (:

Noxious Weed Who the heck is that person? Well, honey, this actually may not be as serious as you think. One question for you, are your fingers rough? No idea, and no. @Panique;; It differs but I try to eat AT LEAST one full meal a day. I force myself to eat that much. It's not that I can't eat, really. IT's that I really don't want to. D:

be more active.
muscle weighs more than fat, so building muscles helps you put on weight and keeps you in shape~
EDIT: I just reread the posts and i might have misunderstood xDD
but yeah, being more active will also increase your appetite.

Like emo said, being active and working out will increase your appetite.
Going for walks, runs, biking or swimming usually makes me really hungry.
It's good to eat lots of healthy food that give you nutrition, not junk food or a lot of sugar.
As myst said, pastas, breads. Also vegetables, nuts (if you aren't allergic), seeds, fruits, and a lot of water. You know, just a balanced diet of all good food.
You can do more things in your day that will make you hungry, or perhaps you could make blended drinks with fruit and such so you're still getting what you need.
Munching on little bits of good food throughout the day can help too. Small snacks like yogurt or cheese sticks.
Brown rice is really good for you, too.

eating some healthy snacks over the course of the day could help. say every 3 hours or so. Fruit, gronala bars, bread, small meals, cereal.
Eating helps to keep your body's metabolism going (just don't eat too much) if you keep yourself from eating, all you're doing is slowing down your metabolism
