Going back to before histories records can record. Strange happenings have been going on in the world. That science has been unable to explain. Some of you believe in ghosts. While the others deny there existence entirely. It says that ghosts can not interfere with the living on the physical plain. But what if this is just a half truth. What if, every day people are hearing ghost and just don't know it. What if your thoughts are being manipulated by these spirits. If you really know yourself as well as you should. Then you should be able to distinguish between what is your own thoughts and what is the voice of a ghost. Some ghosts are those of your loved ones. These ghosts do not wish you any harm. But then there are those evil ghosts. We have all heard of them. They mean you harm by turning you against those around you.

Here is how this role-play will work. You will play one of four roles in a family of four. Living out there daily lives. You can play the role of a loved one. An evil ghost or poltergeist. Or that of an indifferent ghost that chooses not to cause any of the humans pain. If you are playing as a positive ghost or an indifferent one. You can interfere with the evil wishes of a poltergeist. If you are playing as one of the four humans. Then you can either choose to be oblivious to the happenings of the ghosts. Or you can be aware. If you choose to be oblivious, say so in your character sheet. This will mean that you are pretty much a puppet to be controlled by the poltergeists or evil ghosts. If you are aware of these creatures. You will not be able to see them. But you will be able to sense when one is near. Though you will not know if this ghost is just checking up on you or it means you harm. If you are aware, you can also have your character. Fight back to an extent against these dark spirits. No character can use alchemy or any spirit repelling spells. You will have to call a preacher. To aid in your exorcism of these demons. But remember, once you attempt to exercise one of these creatures. If you fail, they will become much stronger.

11:38 A.M.

Narrator: It had been a fairly uneventful day today. At 6:05, the father would wake up to go to work. He would awake to the alarm buzzer going off. Which would in turn wake up his two children. Who each had there own rooms on the second floor. Though, the second floor of the place was very small. It was all the space that was needed for there sleeping arrangements. The fathers room was the largest out of the three. It had a queen size bed. Which he slept alone in. A bunch of knickknacks, as well as a fairly large dresser drawer. That took up more space than was needed. A dresser for the misses to store her jewelry was also in this room. Along with assorted personal belongings stored in the various draws. There were two closets in this room. One was the fathers. Which held a number of items, a few hunting supplies. As he occasionally liked to go out hunting if the weather was right. As well as a cloth rack. Which was mostly used for old clothes that hadn't been worn in some time. Assorted items were set in random places in this room. The misses closet was not much different. Except it had no guns hung up on the walls. By this time, he often came home after a five hour shift. Though he was sometimes asked to stay longer. It was slightly slow at his work as of late. So he made sure to get in as many hours as he could. It was boring just sitting around looking for something to do anyway. To him, everything had to have a purpose. Though, this didn't mean he couldn't relax. It was more that he chose not to. Except right after he would come home from work. On occasion though, he would find small projects around the house to entertain himself with. He'd been raised on a farm with eight brothers and sisters. Choirs came first before breakfast in his youth. Though, he didn't press these ideas on his two children. Usually, if they were happy and healthy. That was all that mattered. Though, there were still minor choirs around the house that they were asked to do. On occasion, he would even slip them a five dollar bill. If he was feeling particularly generous or the job completed particularly large and well done. He enjoyed it when his children showed some initiative. He also knew they knew the two of them knew this as well. He hung up his jacket on the hook right of the door. As he entered the family room after a days work. As he often did after work. He sat down in his favorite recliner. Opening up the paper to see what was new in current events.

"Danny! Please wait." I said, running into the open, dodging the people who walked along the streets of the town, New Bern (North Carolina). Don't ask how we got here. Long story.
Anyway.
"Sam, I'm sorry. I can't live like you. I HATE this world and all the little HALF-WITTED PEOPLE IN IT! Do you ever stop and think that half of these people could be DESENDANTS of the people who killed us?" he spun to face me, "YOU." he added, poking me with one of his fingers, "are a girl. Your job is to stay at home and keep your mouth SHUT! If you DARE try to stop me, I swear I will make you WISH you would've took your mothers advice and found some rich, snoddy spoild BRAT of a man to be your betrothed!" I winced at the words, "Times have changed Daniel. We died, and these people have had no part in it. Why should they suffer?" He was furious now, "WHY SHOULD THEY SUFFER!? BECAUSE I HATE THEM AND I WANT IT." he shoved me down into the street, a very un-gentalman like thing to do. "Now who's being the spoild snoddy brat." I muttered as he stormed away. I stood up and brushed off my dress.

11:43 A.M.

Narrator: He finished reading the paper. Unknowing of the evil spirit that approached his home. If he had known, there would have been very little he could have done. Knowing such a thing could only cause him too worry. But it would be more of a silent emotion. That he would choose not to burden his family with. As it was, right now there was no known ghost. His mind was clear. The man was relaxed and happy as he was. Just sitting there in his favorite chair. The man was reading an article on the current stock crisis. Published by some writer of whose name he had never heard of. T. Williams, "the man thought as his eyes stopped on those words. Scrolling over slowly as he took his time reading the print on the paper. He crinkled the paper slightly with his right hand. As he moved his fingers slightly while holding onto the paper.

(XD your really good at this)

Daniel's POV
I approched the house, choosing it for no certain reason. I passed through the door and looked around, "How...sweet." I muttered, then headed for some, unexpecting occupent of the household to play tricks on.

Samantha POV
I looked over at a couple girls about my age. Or looked my age. And changed into an outfit reletivally close to theirs. That way, I wouldn't scare someone too much if they happen to be able to see me. I took off after Daniel, hesitated at the door of the house, but entered anyway.

11:44 Am

Narrator: The man of the house looked down from his paper slightly. With just the top of his eyes showing up over the paper. While the rest of his face down to his waist. Remained hidden by the paper. Which he had opened all the ways. Reading through it as he often did at this time. He felt slightly uneasy. Though he couldn't exactly place why he suddenly felt uneasy. His first instinct as a father. Was to check to see if the children were alright. So, he set the paper down. On top of a pile of papers, magazines and store adds. Sitting in a pile next to his chair. He turned his back to the ghost. Not knowing of there presence. As he pulled his way out of the chair he was sitting in. The man made his way to the stairs. At a walking, somewhat hurried pace. He turned to his left. Through the living room. Through the dinning room. Turning to his left to a small hallway. That had a door leading to the bathroom. One leading to the kitchen. As well as a staircase leading to the second floor. He placed his fairly large hand on the white wall. Just right of the staircase. As he stopped right at the bottom. He spoke, with his head looking up the staircase.

Father- KiDS! Are you up there?

After that, he waited for a response from his children.

I sighed, "Danny." I hissed, low, too low for the human to hear. He continued to walk closer to the man, "Daniel I swear, I will hurt you." I continued, still very quietly. He was too close now. I ran up and grabbed him, pushing him backwards, behind me. "Get out. Now." I said, shoving him out the door. I sighed, poor guy didn't know how close he had to suffering. "Your kids are fine." I said quietly, loud enough for him to hear, but low enough for him to question it.

11:47 Am

Narrator: The man heard someone behind him say, "your kids are fine". Though, when he turned around to look. He was the only one standing in the room. He looked blankly over his shoulder. With his mouth slightly open. He discounted the voice. As nothing more than just a stray thought. He grabbed a hold of the railing on the right side of the stairs. As he started to walk upward to check on his kids. His son and daughter were supposed to be doing there homework in there rooms. So that would be the best thing for him to see right now. Though, he would be equally pleased just seeing they were ok at this point. Though there would be some minor scolding after he'd confirmed that they were indeed alright. He thought as he was at the top of the steps. What am I getting so worked up for. It's probably nothing after all.

"Danny and Samantha...." Aleah said, smiling. "Shut up." whispered Sara, knowing that Aleah could hear "Excuse me...." Aleah teleported to the man. "Dude, your kids won't be in any harm." She teleported back as she winked. "You are so lucky you have me." she said, seeing Sarah smile.

11:49 A.M.

Narrator: He looked over his shoulder as he heard the voice. It was much clearer than the last voice had been. Yet, it sounded somewhat different than the first. In his youth, he'd believed in ghosts. Whenever an event would even suggest ghosts. That was the first place his mind would go. But now, after a number of years. He'd chose to be skeptical of the whole ghost idea. A voice speaking to him from nowhere. From a logical standpoint sounded like he'd just been working too hard. Though he couldn't ignore the sense he had for such things. He had a sixth sense for such things. Though, as a grown man. He openly denied such things as mental exhaustion. He looked in the direction where the voice had come to. His thought on how to communicate with a ghost. Was to speak in his own head clearly. So he started to look in the direct the voice had come from. You, ghost whoever you are or whoever you may be. Leave this place of residence post haste. If you are a past friend or relation come to visit me. Tell me some proof that you are such a person. He was very sincere as he spoke. Though, he halfway questioned if he was just talking to himself in his head.

"Not a past friend, but I will be around. I will try very hard to stay out of your way, sir." I said, appering before him, back in my regular white dress. "My name is Samantha, I'm a protecter. There is another ghost, one you should beware. He isn't friendly, and it has become my job to protect people from his wrath." I frowned, "He most-likely won't leave you alone untill the time comes when you are no longer interesting in his mind. I'm sorry for scaring you, if I did so. I will leave, but whenever I am near, you will know it is me. If I don't give you a sign, you will just know." With that, I turned for the door.

I appered before the man. "Do you have a name?"

Narrator- The man was pretty calm with the appearance of the first ghost. This one seemed to be friendly but lack a full self-esteem. The other ghost appearing in front of him however. Sent a slight shiver up his spine. He was particularly startled by the presence of two ghosts appearing in front of him. The first ghost had only failed to scare him slightly. Because he didn't fully believe that they were a ghost right off the bat upon there entrance. He answered the ghost. In a sort of odd tone that obviously was laced with disbelief. The name is Bruce, so what is your name? He sort of looked down the top of his brow at them. He didn't want to be rude by placing his hand through them to confirm that they were indeed a ghost. Something dawned on him as he stood there. He didn't sense the foreboding presence in the room that he had prior to this. When he decided to check to made sure his children were alright. This one didn't seem to be sinister in nature. His ghost sense only had a range of an average sized room. So the evil ghosts presence wasn't felt at this point.

Daniel was sitting outside, across the street as I walked out. He was wearing a union civil war outfit, which startled me, since he hated the union for starting another war, filled with innocent deaths. I guess it was the town, civil war era and home of Pepsi-Cola. I looked down at my dress, it fit in era. He glared at me, "Don't think I wont get to them, Sammy darling, because I will. And then, I might just come after you." I rolled my eyes, "You gonna kill a ghost, lover boy." Daniel smiled, shaking his head in a 'your-so-nieve' kind of way. "Samantha. A ghost can cause harm to another ghost. And besides, I know what makes you tick. After all, we were in love."
"Were." I said, my eyes narrowing. He glared again, and stomped away.
