Alright effective hopefully April 1, 2005 We will start keeping up with Inactive accounts. The two week thing wasn't really working out so I figured we'd do memberlist clean up the 1st of every month. Now for new members who are accepted into the guild the day before clean up day. This will be taken into account so don't panic about getting in then suddenly getting revoked.
How this will work is I'm going to take screen shots/ copy and paste the memberlist which ever works better. And then when the 1st of every month comes around I'll see who's been posting who's died and who has just joined.
The first official clean up will be May 1st. This will give everyone a chance to post I'll make a record on 4/1 hopefully this will all work.
Now I'd like to think that giving members a month to make a dent in their post count is more then enough time but if you think/know you wont be on for that amount of time (say your going over seas/ visiting grandma in singapoor for the summer or something) Pm me And I will place you on the excused list!
More then likely I'll be the one keeping up with all of this but if things get too hectic in the real world (yes i do have some sort of a life outside of gaia) then I may choose to make a mod specifically for cleaning out the innactive people. This right now is a possible case but currently not one I am faced with! (so dont go pming me about being a mod)

Well My computer went in the shop and I lost the screen shots. So what I have done is anyone with 0 posts was banned from the guild. Now I realize some of these may have been new members so if this is the case resend your join request and I will accept it.
The people below are excused because they have pm'd me about their absence in advanced.
