Some scientists have tested the limits of those microbes and concluded that they could survive millions of years on meteoroids ejected from the Earth during an asteroid impact. Therefore these meteoroids could travel and end up on Mars, Titan or Europa, bringing microbial life there. This wouldn't be alien life, but still...
