It is my very first year as captain! I have a lot of ambition and I can talk to the girls without treating them like they are stupid, but I'm VERY nervous. I'm the only person out of all the section leaders that is a junior and that has never had a leadership position before. Is there any advice out there for me??
It also doesn't help that one of the captains from last year is below me now. There are kind of some hard feelings there. :/
