I am not posting this to take any sort of action on the problems that are coming up in the guild. Right now I'm just posting to say a few things that have been happening and just a few recommendations to the guild. I think it should be okay to give the crew advice so I think what I post should be okay.
Okay so there has been some drama in the past and now it's coming back. Guys this is so stupid I can't even believe I'm posting with adults/young adults. This is very childish and not in a cute funny way. confused So there is some crew problems that are becoming really annoying. My recommendation is that crew either quit and rejoin as a normal member or get Psy on the case! Also when you guys do something FROM NOW ON try to tell the guild if it is important. I know some mistakes have been made and I think that everyone can learn from this. This guild was made by Shaff as a fun place to hang out and waste time. It's becoming a drama filled guild and if I wanted to witness this kind of s**t I would have just gone to school and stared at some of the preps. So now that I'm telling you all of this I don't want everyone to start pulling some sort of revolution ageanst the crew or anything like that. I want you guys to just think about this. Until some of these changes are made I'm going to be going on a semi-hiatus from TLOEM. If you want to stay in contact with me I'll still be on Gaia and I'll still be an active member in ANGE.
PM me when Psy logs on and sees what is happening in the guild please. Comments are appreciated and I will post back in this one topic.

This is TLOEM. News about "Drama" gets around quickly.
Crew is doing everything they can right now to handle things, since Psy isn't the most active. Whenever he gets online, those close to him will be talking to him about narrowing down crew. This will be taken care of.
And you can't expect us to not have drama every once in a while. We're all different people with different opinions, it is bound to happen.
We're pretty much in the process of doing everything you just said in your post.

I think the crew has too many people and well this problem could have been easily solved. Just tell the crew to be less active. confused Decide who should really be on crew and until Psy get's back have the people who are crew, but shouldn't be act like normal guildies. Also the post editing thing was stupid. It doesn't matter who was doing it now so we should let it go. If Matyr got so mad about being "blamed" that he left I think that we jumped to too many solutions that were easy, but not right. Matyr wouldn't have quit if he knew it was him who was behind it. Or at least he wouldn't have quit because he was sick of being "blamed". rolleyes

You don't seem to realize for how long we've been asking Psy to fix things.
Ever since he did the big demotion we've been on him to fix things.
We've PMed him, IMed him, posted thread about it, posted posts about it, here, crew forum, EVERYWHERE.
We all know this drama is stupid. And you know and I know that there are some crew members who won't give up their crew status, and we also both know that there are some crew members who would gladly give it up to fix things. Sadly that only ends up making things backwards.
The thing with this guild is, everyone gets it in the end. I'll admit crew have a bit of a sticky finger involving moving threads, but moving/deleting the original threads was pretty much necessary. It contained porn and whatnot. I'm fairly sure you don't want to see that, not to mention that would get this guild shut up asap.
Honey, we've been thinking about this so long it hurts. Over-thinking all this s**t is what got us into it in the first place. The simple fact is we need a new crew and a vice. You can say all you want about informing the guild, and the fact is we do. You have no idea how much we try to include you guys, but it's not our fault if you don't notice till it's too late.

Smartest-Little-Peanut I DID post what happened in the announcement. Which one? And I mean, first thing. As the topic. Not as a comment within a thread that basically says "don't you guys worry about this, CREW handled it", which only incites even MORE questions than there were to begin with.
