ѦѯϚϮɧҿȶɩȼДɗΦґᾱ  I figure this will be move/deleted but I think this needs to be said. What happened today was the highest levels of uncool guys. Apparently there was drama because some unnamed party was editing posts to have porno in them. Now this is the second time in like what a month that that has happened, and no one has really be able to do much about it. Whoever doing it is sort of betraying their role as crew but that is not what has my panties in a twist. Today there was a lot of finger pointing at different people; so much so that a guild regular left as a result. Let that marinate in your head a little; that today we let the snipping and finger pointing get so bad that someone we love was like fffff this. He came back and that is cool but it shouldn’t have gotten to that level. Also the choices about crew lately have been wrong as wrong can be. I am not going to name names; but certain members on Crew are not active enough to be part of a smooth running guild. There have been members who were demoted from Crew who were good Crew that didn’t deserve their spot taken from them. People who work hard to keep this place running as smooth as possible with what little they could do without a VC. Now, first off on this point nothing against her cause Peanut is adorable; but seriously? Peanut has been Crew all of what five seconds? There were plenty of qualified members on Crew who have worked hard as Crew and proved themselves many times over that were passed. I am not privy to discussions on these things, but with Psy demoting pretty much everyone I doubt there was much discussion on who the title should go to. Again I think Peanut is awesome but she seems to be a little ill equipped to be a strong VC we need should a crisis arise and the Captain is gone. I just think that there have been incredibly wrong choices made today that in the long haul will hurt the guild more than help it. Tl biggrin R- don’t be so lazy IB4- I am not attacking anyone, just thought I should make myself heard. Psy has me blocked so anything he post about what is going on I am unable to share my thoughts on.

People + Psy picked me because I am generally neutral with everyone, I am cool about drama, and I'm a pretty good judge. Plus I am extremely active and would handle any guild drama and try to make peace if Psy was gone.
Just because I was on crew for "5 seconds" doesn't make me less worthy of the position of vice captain. It's not my member status, it's my personality. That's what matters.
And when Psy and the others picked who gets to be back on crew, we all talked about it to see who was the most active and trustworthy at the same time.
Yes it shouldn't have gotten that far to where Martyr left, but that's just how things happen and different peoples' reactions.

As Psy has me blocked and leaves any conversation I am brought in on I don't get to know how these things go despite being fairly regular. I just think that it is a snub to others who have been Crew and proved themselves. No offense but Peanut you haven't really had an opportunity to show your modding abilities whereas other have.

No Matter What Happened People Would Be Left Out.
Some People I Wanted On Crew Got The Axe.
But It Was A Joint Decision And Crew Needed To Be Cut Down.

We discussed it for an hour and chose people on their abilities, personalities, trustworthiness, activity, etc.
Thank you for your opinion on my modding abilities. Once you observe more you can see how I handle things in a "mod" way. However that usually happens when drama arises most of the time.

Adora, if we picked other people to be crew certain members would be unhappy with it. You cannot please everyone. If you would like to share your opinion on each crew member as to why they shouldn't be on crew, go ahead.

I mean I totally hope you kick a** and take names and the guild turns out way stronger than before. But I don't think it is going to turn out that way, and not because you but because the whole thing is kinda effed. EDIT- Well I am not trying to single people out, the only reason I brought up you as VC is because I thought of that as something so glaring I could not overlook.

All I can say is lurk moar, Adora. The only time crew needs to "mod" (besides their jobs they have with the newsletter, MOTM art, etc), is when drama arises. Other than that everything is pretty chill.

ѦѯϚϮɧҿȶɩȼДɗΦґᾱ Frankly the prettiness of the place such as what happened to Marytar or on a daily basis to other users severely pushes me away. I quit once because of it. I know this is the internet but seriously that doesn't mean we should lend ourselves to pettiness and bad decisions because it is "anonymous"
