It's from the Metal Heroes Series. It's also famous for having ninjutsu master and Bujinkan founder Masaaki Hatsumi in it as the main character's adoptive father and as the fight choreographer. Too bad shows like this don't get released over here in the States, well, except for Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.
