There's been a LOT of complaints about crew shoving things under the rug, so I've kind of made a guideline of sorts about it.


If there is minor drama starting [eg. Pif & Myst getting all up in each other's weave] post an in-thread warning. Just tell them to stop. This should go without saying, since most guildies will do it too. This does NOT require a lock/move/delete.


If you feel there is major drama happening, lock the thread. More specifically, post your REASONS for locking the thread, and give it a couple minutes or so BEFORE locking. This will allow people to make final posts and things the wrap stuff up. It might not seem helpful, but trust me, it is. Again, these topics should NOT be moved or deleted.


So, in effect, the only topics that should be moved or deleted are the ones BREAKING ToS. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule.



Also, regarding Stickies and Announcements:
MotM voting/art threads and Newsletter threads should be put into the Archive, while old announcements should be put into the Rubbish Dump.
