Okay, I keep hearing that hacked pokemon (im talk'n bout the ones from a pokemon modifier AR code) are not allowed on friend/ random wifi battles in PBR =/ i also see lots of pokemon who appear to be obviously hacked there too...when i heard that they are allowed, it was bcuz their IVs were below 510. Is that true?? i need some 100% clarification bcuz i was planning to fair hack most/all of my pokemon on my team to save time =|. but i dont wanna waste all that time just to find out that they are not accepted...

"Fair hack" means creating a Pokemon through hacks that you'd be able to create through proper breeding and EV training. No Wonder Guard Spiritombs, no Arceus with Blast Burn etc., just something like Bronzong with perfect IVs, maxed EVs, and a fully complete and legal moveset. It's mostly done to save time, but it also gives the user a very minor advantage because it's insanely hard to get perfect IVs through breeding.
