Conglomo-verseThe initial definition of "Conglomo-verse" is as follows:
Conglomo-verse: a mass of insanity that combines the five main series into one universe.To translate, this section will allow you to roleplay any of the characters from the series offered here, or any original character from those series, and put them together in the same setting. For example:
Ichigo and Son Gohan talk together as they leave school. Across town, Chrno and Rosette are taking on "demons" (mutants who were accidentally misidentified by innocent bystanders) while Naruto is stuck on cleaning duty for screwing around during class again.
Point? Literate randomness.
In the Conglomo-verse, you are not restricted to playing only the characters you signed up as. Like if they wanted to, Kruen could be Gokou, Saika could be Kakashi, and so on and so forth. The only thing we ask is that you write up a little bio describing this alternate version of the character and have the creator of the thread stick it in the opening post. Do we want as much detail as our official characters? No, but it's always nice to see people putting in the effort.
biggrin And as we are allowed to be whomever we want, that makes each new thread created an entirely separate plot. Meaning, there is no coloration between existing threads unless they're noted as being a continuation of an old thread.
Setting in regards to the series* Like DBZ, there is only one continent, and it shall go unnamed. This continent is broken down into 5 different countries.
Nargia: Located in the top left region. Mountainous, very few inhabitants. Good for training.
Kariri: Top-right. Europe-like? Kinda back-woodsy and rural, but not farm-like. It's more of quaint towns where everyone knows everyone else.
Dema: Center-ish, biggest. Considered the 'main' country. The 'America' of the countries. It is a mix of the other countries. The edges of each country are largely influenced by Dema.
Meh Akar: Bottom-right. Farm land, mainly.
Rashu: Bottom-left. The 'Japan' of the countries. It is filled with Asian art, culture, etc.
* This 'Earth' is much like our present with technology, culture, and the like. That means X-Men characters and Bleach characters will not have to be altered much.
* There is all of two languages spoken, 'Japanese' and 'English.' There are many dialects for both, some of which are based on dead languages. (Ie, you can give Irish accents to people.)
* Chrno Crusade: Think Magdalene Order, only up to date. Uniforms are more contemporary, though are still fairly conservative. The Order is spread out into most of the countries, though mainly Dema. They have present day technology and whatnot.
However, the plot/setup for CC-related stuff will be different. Pandemonium was killed, yes. Stuff with Magdalene and Chrno, yes. Does Aion have Pandemonium's head? No. It got trashed. So he's rather pissed off. Also, demons can breed with humans, but hardly is it looked well upon. (Demons are still demons, and are feared, etc.) There are other demons who survived the destruction of Pandemonium, too. Aion has Joshua to be evil. The setting is generally before Satella arrives.
* Bleach: Can't really think of anything that gets changed much. Ichigo and co are in Dema, though.
* Naruto: They go to regular school like other kids, but they also have an after-school school where their train to become ninja. Being a ninja is more of a cultural right than anything else. They are from Kariri, but a large group has migrated to Dema to start their own 'village.' Ninja are the police of the nations.
* X-Men: Based in Dema, obviously. More Evo-styled, but the cast are in their late teens/early twenties.
* DBZ: They're just there. Gokou lives in Nargia. Capsule Corp is in Dema. Throw the others where you want.
Absolutely no GT. (Strictly enforced. Slight age variation allowed- but no Furiiza-saga-aged-Gokou with a teen Goten around.

* The Afterlife: Shinigami perform Konsoh, and send all souls to Enma-sama for judgement. Slain Hollows go to him too in their human form. Hollows that sinned in their human life go straight to Hell. Once a spirit is sent on, they get shoved to Seireitei like in Bleach, etc, etc Bleach-style.
Setting in general* Uber transit system where you can get from one side of the continent to the other in three hour. There is both subway systems and trains. It is affordable to use often while in the same country, but switching to a different country's line can get expensive.
* Cars still drive on land, though the rich have hover cars built by Capsule Corp. Currently in the works is a hover car that is affordable to the common person.
* There are monsters, Hollows, etc in this world as appears in all of the series. They are not restricted to one country or the other, either. Meaning, a Hollow can attack Gokou, and a giant dinosaur can rampage through the Xavier Institute. Well, dinosaurs and mythical beasts tend not to be in large cities... Anyway. There are also beast demons like in Naruto, but they are mostly summoning creatures that live in Nargia and tend not to come out unless summoned or pestered.
* Demons are still demons. They're feared and stuff. Same with mutants, though the humans aren't really sure which is which, and if they should fear one group more than the other.
Relations* Everyone gets mistaken for someone else. Mutants are thought to be demons, demons are thought to be mutants, or even an alien race, hollows are monsters, ninja are mutants, etc and all that crap. Mainly its mutants who get harassed by the Order on accident.
* Some ninja (bloodline clans) attend Xavier's Institute, and others teach there. Ninja are also seen helping the Order, but not often. Some mutants, depending on their mutations, are accepted into ninja academy.
* Shinigami are pretty much unknown because of their nature, though demons can see and interact with them. Very rarely do the shinigami and the Order work together. They're not all that friendly.
