Pluto is just another senshi I don't think she is ever mentioned as michiru's cousin so I am assuming you ment Uranus/Haruka (the blonde with short hair) the english dubs suck full heartedly. and the Stars series will never be dubed.
yes the generals served Mamoru before the fall of the Silver Millenuim. They are named after green rocks I think but yes they are named after types of stones.
Umm I still can not for the life of me figure out Fisheyes gender cause in the subbed It still seems very very girlish esspecially the way it talks.
