I'm getting really worried that I'm pregnant sad I'm late and it's getting me paranoid. My boyfriend says it's the stress from work, exams and stuff like that and there's also a chance it could be caused by me being ill (recently realised that as a caffeine addict, I'm caffeine intolerant! o.o ). Other than that, back to the traditional cause. Any views or advice? Pregnancy tests are really expensive considering my mum moniters my money and the doctors surgery is rarely open. sad

I doubt it's from you being ill I'm a caffeine addict as well but i'm also intolerant. Pregnancy tests in Target are like $13 here. The best thing is to relax. If you start to feel nauseous, in the mornings especially, you should go to the doctor to see if you are pregnant or take a test from the store. How late are u if you don't mind me asking. If it's more than a month, you should be concerned. I know that when i'm stressed out, my period will skip a month and then come back the next month. But it's only a suggestion. If you need support you can pm me anytime smile Good Luck honey, Violinprodigy

I once went 8 months without a period but that was a medical thing I think.
it isn't unusual to skip months or be late if you become irregular in your periods. *hugs

Well, I think that you should see a doctor. Or get a pregnancy test. They can't be that expensive, I mean if you are really worried about it, the money wouldn't matter that much. But I don't know how much they are. I don't really look at them.
I would consider you lucky though. No period. One time, I was on birth control for irregular periods, they gave me this one brand and I had my period for 27 whole retarded days. It ruined a month of my summer vacation. But now I have a new kind.

9 days late atm and it's usually 2 or 3 days either side of the 28 day mark. Pregnancy tests are about £30 which I think is about $45 and my mum checks my bank account to keep an eye on my money so she would notice. I want to see my boyfriend before I go and get tested but he's working and you can only get tested on mondays or thursdays. it sucks living in a small town

Can your boyfriend buy it for you? If anything, stress is a big factor with your period But if you havne't been this stressed before, nor late like this You should go and find out soon.

they said it all. It's probably stress, I've missed a few periods because of it. I'm not sure if caffine has any thing to do with it. but I would try getting your self a pee stick any ways.
