Ok, since I don't do visual arts (that well anyway, haha), I decided that I would post a few of my songs I wrote, so here is my most recent one that I wrote called "Never Seen the World". Please give HONEST critisim! Thanks!
Never Seen the World
I've seen dreams come true
I've seen golden meadows with the morning dew.
I've seen sunlight scorch the evening sky
I took one look and said, "My, my, my!"
Have you ever seen the pheonix soar?
Have you ever heard the ocean roar?
Have you ever seen a tornado sprial out of control?
I've been all over the Earth!
I've seen it at its worse!
But I've Never Seen the World!
I've been near and I've been far
I've wished upon shooting stars!
But I've Never Seen the World!
The rocky cliffs loom over rivers.
Forests blanket their many treasures
Concrete jungles create a never ending maze
Night time hides in lime stone caves!
Have you ever seen the northern lights?
Have you ever heard the eagle cry?
Have you ever seen volcanic ash fly?
I've been all over the Earth!
I've seen it at its worse!
But I've Never Seen the World!
I've been near and I've been far
I've wished upon shooting stars!
But I've Never Seen the World!
-Piano Solo- (I love solos of any kind! ^^)
(medium length, medium speed)
Watch the moon illuminate the tundra
Watch the sun shine on down under
Can you feel the wind rushing by?
Just try, try with all your might!
Can you hear the angels singing?
Can you see Mother Nature smiling?

-Electric Solo- (Electric guitar, and if it says Acoustic Solo, acoustic guitar.)
(Short, medium speed)
Can you feel the ozone bleeding?
Can you see foreign children needing?
Did you realize the polar caps are melting?

Ok, so here is my second song that just popped in my head. I have a catchy bassline for it and everything, but I have no band to put it together and bring it to life, so I shall describe how it goes. Bear with me. Remember, HONEST feedback. Thanks! ^^

(Drums stop abruptly as the bassline continues)

Don't worry
We are quite sanitary!
(Drums come back strong as the slow bassline continues)

I'll take you to a place
Where we can escape this rat race!

(Now the rythym guitar comes in hard and slow, the drums still going hard, the bassline still slow)

(The drums and rythym guitar stop abrutly at the same time, but the bassline continues slow)
Don't take in so much in at once

(The rythym guitar and drums come back in hard, the bassline still going slow)

(The rythym guitar and drums stop abruptly as the bassline continues slowly, then they both come back in hard and slow after about 2 repititons of the bassline, the lead guitar now screeches in for the solo.)

(Slow speed, Medium length)
(The lead and rythym guitar both stop abruptly, but the drums continue hard and slow, the bassline also continues slow.)
Where are you going?
We are ever knowing
We know you were trying to escape
And now you've sealed your fate!
Forget about anymore tricks up your sleeve
Once you arrive, you can never leave!
(Rythym and lead guitars come back in hard and slow, the bassline and drums still going as before.)
Come and follow me
I'll take you to a place
Where we can escape this rat race!

(The lead guitar screeches a high pitch as it gets higher still, the rythym guitar, drums, and bassline still going as before.)

(The rythym guitar hits a hard, heavy chord with rapid repatition as the drums do the same, the lead guitar screeches from high to low pitch in harmonic fashion as the bassline continues slow. After about 4 repatitions of this, the rythym and lead guitars stop abrutly with the drums, but the bassline continues slow for another 4 repatitions before stopping abruptly as well, ending the song.)
Well, tell me what you think of it! I'd love to hear! ^^

Such a long time ago since I last saw you.
You and I were talking on the bench
The sky was blue and everything seemed so beautiful
I guess life has funny ways of turning around
We started yelling at one another
Soon it escalated into thunder
I don't know what happened then...
I took a few steps back from the mirrior, wondering who that was
I didn't realize how aggressive I had become
There was just so much tension
In disguise, I realized that I'm no better...No better...
Than you were!
You started this mess!
But it didn't matter because nonetheless...
It was something that went wrong!
Part of me couldn't hold on
I had to let it out!
So I began to shout!
