For me the saddest one was when Tamahome found his family dead and his little sister asked him to stay with them forever and than soon died as well. What about you?

The sadest episode for me was when Nuriko died, I cried my eyes out. When they where tring to get Miaka to look at him, it just reminded me how hard it was to tell a loved one good-bye. crying

I think mine is when tamahome found his family dead too, I mean did you see those tears? wow . . . it had me balling my eyes out. . . crying

I think one of the saddest episodes was when Hotohori had to use Tamahome's body to speak to his son and wife. T.T I'm not a HUGE supporter or Hotohori, like some, but he just got the short end of the stick on everything. The woman he dreamed of marrying all his life ended up with a different seishi, he ended up marrying someone else, and never even got to see his son! Then, when he saw Boshi and his wife, he had to use the SAME seishi that took away Miaka in the first place to say his farewells to his wife and child. Now how messed up is that?!?!?!

No, for me it was the episode with Chichiri's best friend. Poor guy... It's just that whole, "This time I'm not letting go." thing. Hm... Maybe we should warn people that this thread has a lot of spoilers...

I cried the most when everyone was dying at the end......... and when Nuriko died. Agh... then there was this time in the eikkoden when Miaka couldn't see Tamahome anymore. I balled so much during that and got so mad gonk crying

Their are quiet a few tear jerkers in fushigi yugi, and i can't really say which one in my opinion was the saddest.

crying I think the saddest ep. is when miaka was separated from tamahome so that the 2 worlds will be sealed apart forever in OVA1 crying

Omg, The Saddest is when Chiriko Died. That little boy died And Quoted "You Will Die With Me" To That Seriyu Guy. Very Very Sad, ANd that Music Didnt make it any better. Poor Chiriko -Cries-

Hmmm.... so many.... Well I cried when Nuriko died... a lot... and also when Tamahome found his family dead.... and I also cried when my man, Chichiri, had that whole stint with his best friend and fiance. You know, Miaka and Tamahome separating was pretty sad too.

I think the saddest moment was when Hotohori died. He's my favorite anime character EVER and it was really hard seeing him go. cry
I cry every time I see that part or hear that song. ;_;
