The normal clauses are in effect here; I might make another thread if I want to try a "no OHKO/evasion clause" thread, but for now, here's what we have:

Uber Clause: This refers to Pokémon considered "overpowered" and are not allowed in standard play. It's use is limited to uber battles: Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys, Deoxys-A, Deoxys-D, Deoxys-S, Dialga, Garchomp, Giratina, Giratina-O, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Shaymin-S, Wobbuffet and Wynaut.

OHKO Clause: Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill and Sheer Cold are banned from use. We want battle to be won by skill, not luck.

Evasion Clause: Along with the Uber Clause, one of the most important clauses. The use of Double Team and Minimize is absolutely NOT allowed. Again, we want battles to be won by skill, not by luck.

Sleep Clause: You cannot put to sleep two (2) enemy Pokémon. If you already put to sleep one Pokémon, you must wait until it awakes in order to use a sleep inducing move again. If your opponent used Rest, this doesn't count as part of the clause.

Self KO Clause: Your last Pokémon cannot use the next moves as a mean of forcing a draw: Explosion, Selfdestruct, Destiny Bond, Perish Song.

Species Clause: You can't have more than one (1) of the same Pokémon on your team (or any of the same evolutionary chain). This does not include optional evolutions (you may use Jolteon and Espeon on the same team, for example).
