History (on Record): Born prior to the current Emperor's ascendancy. He learned much on politics, strategy, tactics, and much relative to governing and leading. It was to ensure his own value and thus giving him options even in the case his father did not succeed to the throne.
Twenty years ago, when the current Emperor ascended, he was his sole spokes person. This continued on for several years, allowing him to build a reputation and recognition towards him, thus expanding his influence. He was responsible for the formation of many of Britannia's Special Divisions and other developments.
From time to time, he would leave public view to join his siblings. However, he opened up his time for important matters should they arise, and was the only one of his siblings who had appeared with him when the Emperor ascended. Often, he had to cut these treks of his short to deal with the matters of the people, earning him a reputation among Numbers, Britannians, and Honorary Britannians.
Seems to be well versed in the art of war, though he prefers to leave that and the actual fighting to others. If pressed, he can fight himself. If outside of a knightmare, he prefers using a weapon and disdains unarmed combat, citing it as barbaric and unrefined.
