At the moment we are doing more harm than good to the environment. Although we are becoming more aware of our situation, what are your thoughts ?

Of course all this damage is not necessary for survival. Humans are the most destructive life forms on the face of the planet, and we have destroyed many things, such as species of plants and animals. Furthermore, look what we've done to the earth and the atmosphere. We're dumping toxic and even radioactive materials into the earth and polluting the waters. Some things are estimated to bounce back, but we are causing too much damage that can't be rationalized.
