Stop deleting posts.
If you don't have evidence you can't fairly ban someone.
Don't ban people because of complaints.
Because I have a good number of complaints for people to be banned.
If you're going to ban one person for drama in a thread
Don't go ignoring all the other drama in the thread
If someone wants to get details on why they were banned
do not block them because you don't want to deal with it.

you don't have evidence of him starting drama.
You only have proof of him being around drama.
And You didn't ban anyone else in that thread for drama that was much MUCH more inflammatory.
