Need to chill.
Why are all of you causing drama over members who were causing drama in the first place?
We all know Pif causes drama, but heaven forbid if he's banned because he hasn't done anything that exactly minute.
The rest of you also cause drama, and it's only seemed to escalate these past few weeks.
Let me address a few things:
The whole mass banning and recrewing through PMs was a bad idea, I get it.
If you can think of a better way, by all means say it.
Do you honestly think you can do a better job handling all the s**t that's thrown at crew simply because they're crew? Then speak up.
It seems like you expect crew to fix everything that happens, and when they can't, you get angry. They're only human.
Another thing, I may be Captain, but alot of you fail to realize, that I too am human, just like you, I'm a person sitting at the other end of a computer screen. I have my own fears, my own doubts, my own dreams.

Senti-du-Bon My only biff is that I always seem to miss the causes of drama and am only there as the cleanup crew starts. It really makes me not wanna post anymore. I'm at that point, Senti, mah boi. Like most of the guild, I used to come here to unwind.

The only way I could see anybody being satisfied with crew is by guild vote (none of that crew vote mind you)
But even then people will be pissed :/
Also: I think guild needs to clean out some more inactive memberssssss

I think it should be left a month.
Now that Gaia has introduced the thing that shows the last time a person has posted, it makes inactivity bannings easier.
Only problem is it doesn't do it for people who posted before they introduced it.
So I think if we wait a month or longer, it'll be easier to tell who really is inactive. :]
