 I don't know who I am.
I don't know what I am
I just know that I'm not human. Pyra didn't say anything as they entered the kitchen and she watched Logan make a sandwich. It looked so complicated, but she knew it was easy to make. She couldn't complain, it had two slices of bread and a bit more, it was more nutrients than she had in a while. "Th-thank you," she said quietly as she took a seat on one of the stools at the high counter. She couldn't wait until she got the gloves that Logan spoke about. Because then she could do many things on her own, and not have to eat burned bread.
I'm not sure if I want to know
I'm not sure that I need to know
But the fact just is...I don't know.

I just know that I'm not human. Pyra glanced at the sandwiches that Logan made. "Water is just fine," she answered. She needed the water. That was one thing that seemed to keep her from loosing her temper so much. She didn't know why but it did.

I just know that I'm not human. Pyra gratefully took the glass of water and started to sip at it. The coolness of the water ran down her throat for only a moment before it turned warm. "Thank you," she said again. Sure, she was a royal pain in the abdomen but her father had told her to at least use her manners. She picked up her sandwich which immediately started to turn a dark brown then black. Then she took a bite out of the blackened sandwich, which crunched between her teeth, though she didn't seem phased by the distaste of burnt food.

I just know that I'm not human. Pyra set her sandwich down and looked up at Logan. "Uhh..guess you haven't seen anyone do that, huh," she paused. "And you wonder why I don't touch anything..." She thought about he fork and knife offer. She had actually become quite used to charred food and it wouldn't really make much of a difference now. "Please," she replied. It would make it easier, she would be able to actually eat the sandwich rather than watch it vanish to ashes.

Logan made her another sandwich and got her some more water and then handed her metal knife and fork. "Hope this helps."

I just know that I'm not human. Pyra felt bad for having Logan make her another sandwich, she would have done it herself but she didn't fee like burning everything. "Thanks," she said quietly as she began to cut the sandwich. She cut enough for a bite and put it in her mouth. It was actually very good. At least compared to the charred food she had had for many years now.

I just know that I'm not human. Pyra nodded. "I don't eat much," she replied. Though, she had a feeling that food would be a battle here. They seemed to care about the well being of others, more than just how well they could survive. She took another bite of her cut sandwich.

That was the most food she had eaten in a while and she felt that she would explode if she ate another bite.
