Battle your way thru the hottest PTG tournament of the summer with the F2W Tourney. Get your Pokemon ready, folks, cuz this is one battle you wanna fight your ALL for.
Tournament Rules

Single Battle
Level 100
No Legendaries
No Same Hold Items
No Same Two Pokemon
Prize
First place: Shiny Spiritomb
Second place: Manaphy
First place may choose one from both listed
Sign-ups end: July 17

How This Tournament Will Work
Since we have a really weird number of participants for this tournament, we won't be using the bracket system. Instead, I've devised another way to determine the winner fairly. Please read on how this tournament will play out below carefully. If you are still confused, please do ask so we are all clear on how we'll do this.
Round 1
10 people, 5 pairs randomly paired up. This round will be the "normal" round and determine the 5 people who will move onto Round 2.
Round 2
Now things get a little trickier. 5 people left to battle. 2 pairs of battlers and one "Bye" will be randomly chosen. A Bye is when there aren't enough people to make pairs (odd number of people), so that person automatically moves onto the next round.
For those who are wondering how I randomly pair you up, this is how I do it: I put pieces of papers with numbers on them according to how many participants (hence your assigned number at the beginning of the tourney). I mixing them together and put them in a pot. I draw two at a time to get the pairs. Yeah, pretty random but it works X3
Round 3
3 people left. Alright, for those who were in last year's July Heat Tournament, you'll be familiar with my "A vs B vs C" method. This is how it goes for those who don't know: The remaining 3 players will be assigned the letter A, B, or C.
A will then battle B. A will then battle C. B will then battle C. A point system will be used for those battles. Winner of a battle gets 2 points, loser gets 1. After all 3 battles, whoever has the most points is crowned Champion.

Okay I'll be using my REAL team for this tournament since it looks bigger. I pretty much used a random testing team for my last battle so this time I'm in for good biggrin

I almost missed another tournament. Really. Gonna have to use pearl for this one since all of my good pokemon are still on it. (Too lazy to put them on Platinum/needs another DS to put them on there.) I'm also being compleatly unlucky finding pokemon to finish the Dex for Platinum. No really. When you're missing KRICKATUNE you know you've got problems. (And I can't seem to find them anywhere either crying )

Alrightie, peoples! This tournament can finally get on its way now that the Mini-Tourney has officially ended! Are y'all ready for some heated action?! Get your Pokemon pumped up cuz here's the FIGHT-TO-WIN TOURNAMENT!!!!! The rules, the prizes, and the dates have been put up. Try spreading the word of the tourney so we can get some more people in on it so it could be even sweeter :] Let's make another battle-filled summer with Pokemon!

"No Legendaries." crying *Is going to compleatly fail since all of his pokemon are only lv 50+.* I hope I can at least get them to Lv 60. cry

Well, since the wifi battling system bumps your Pokemon up (or down) depending on which level you choose, it's pretty much okay that your Pokemon aren't at level 100 XD THe only downfall of that is that your Pokemon won't know some of the moves they normally learn at higher levels X3
I know every tournaments been "No Legendaries" lately, but wait til you guys see the next one :3 Hee hee hee...
