Currently, we have many inactive, or non-existent people moderating the guild.
I know that some of the inactive crew have personal reasons, or a lack of a reliable access to the internet, so I'm going to thin the herd, so to speak.
Current Crew:
FAAFN version 2 - Captain
King Neb the 2nd - Vice Captain
Aitaijini461 - Crew
Jeanemon - Crew
Midoriwa - Crew
Shadolite - Crew
Centaura - Crew
MWashu - Crew
luvableteekerz - Crew
King Nebuchadnezzar - Crew
ShadoKiller - Crew
Xilo Pryce - Crew
rionastar - Crew
Inactive Crew:
Aitaijini461
Jeanemon
Shadolite
Centaura
MWashu
luvableteekerz
Shadokiller
I know that I'm not on Gaia 24/7, so some of the crew on the inactive list could just be around when I'm not.
I know that due to a lack of internet access, Centaura cannot be online much these days.
Shadolite/killer has personal reasons as to why she is not online much.
Apparently luvableteekerz and MWashu has left Gaia.
Aitaijini461 and Jeanemon, are still seen around Gaia. I just have not seen them in the FAAFN (Either the main thread or the guild) much, f at all, in recent weeks. This could just boil down to the fact that we have different times when we're online.
If anyone can see any reason as to why I should not demote the status of Aitaijini461, Jeanemon, Shadolite/killer, MWashu, or luvableteekerz from crew status to member status, then let me know before friday the 18th of November.

Jeane has been around quite a few times. Aita pops in occasionally. Although Mwashu left, I'm thinkin maybe leave her, I mean, she did make the original, so maybe we leave her as an honorary crew member.

Okay for the MWashu thing, but does Aitai and Jeane really need to be guild crew? How often do they mod in the main thread, and how often do they do their crew duties here?

well, Aita isn't a mod in the thread, and I don't really remember seeing either of them mod, except once or twice Jeane has called some people on things

Ahh, granted, but it seems as though these days anyone, whether they're a co-owner, thread helper or just a regular tend to 'help' people, or greet them, regardless of the fact that we've got people who are supposed to be assigned to do that.
As much as I love Jeane and Aitai...I can't see any reason to keep them on as guild crew.

it's understandable. but maybe they'll start doing their jobs before then (unlikely, I know)
As for Shado, I don't really think she is all that interested in the guild, and she never really did anything in the thread either
Also, I don't know how I should feel about the regulars helping people out, I mean it's helpful, but if I mod is around (like I'm always lurking the thread so I can mod) then I don't think they really need to do anything

I know, it does get rather annoying....There are things that could be done, but I'd like to talk with other co-owners about it first though....

Yeah but because that don't for sure know you are around it makes it harder. But it also shows a person that they are very welcome and thanked for comming into the thread when like four people welcoem them.
