She was taken in by a monk on a high mountain. She learned to fight and practice magic there. When she turned 14, her master took her to the top of the moutain at night and plead their wishes to call upon a deceased spirit to be Jackie's spirit. It was cold and snowing. Her master died that night. But at the same time, Holly the Ice Spirit made her appearance pledged her loyalty to Jackie. And Placing the sword of Ice in Jackie's hand.

Enigma's village was attacked by Hao shortly before the second round of the Shaman Tournament when Hao had incarnated into Silva's family. Enigma was 11 years old at the time and was just learning to use his shamanic powers. Hao destroyed the village and Enigma miraculously survived. Hao saw this and noticed his strange mana. Hao then took Enigma and experimented on him. Hao took Enigma's body and modified it through shaman magic. Hao manipulated Enigma's body so that his mana would never run out. Just for fun he also altered Enigma's appearance so that he resembled Hao's latest incarnation(Asakura). Enigma was one of the few experiments to survive. Hao concluded his experiments shortly before the tournament ended. Hao's main focus in the experiment was the human soul. Hao extracted half of the human soul and turned it into a spirit. Enigma's soul became Solu. That is why he integrates with his body. Hao couldnt control Enigma at the time of the experiments so he created a fail safe. Enigma's body weakens every time he uses his mana. That way if he decided to rebel he wouldnt be able to summon up enough mana without killing himself.

Kage joined Hao 30 years before the Shaman Tournament when Hao had incarnated into the Asakura family. Kage attacked Hao and Hao easily defeated him. Hao liked Kages viciousness and experimented on him the same way he did Enigma. But unlike Enigma, Kage is controlled by Hao, he has little to no freeewill. Kage has a deep hatred of Enigma because Hao favors him above all the other experiments, while Kage is more powerful. Kage doesnt have Enigma's fail safe.

Enigma attacked Smokes city and burned it to the ground. Smoke survived due to his strange mana. Enigma sensed a kindred spirit and took him under his wing. Smoke was three at the time. Enigma trained him until he was five. When Smoke turned five, Enigma realized how powerful Smoke was and sealed him away in a volcano where he remains now. Sparda and the Yamato are Smoke's family heirlooms which were sealed with him.

Appearance: Longish, very dark red hair left loose. Dark brown eyes. A green sleeveless turtleneck with the long black sleeve of another top sewn roughly onto the right arm. A short, baggy black skirt. Very long white socks � practically tights. Worn, black combat boots. One silver hoop earring, one black stud. A black, spiked armband on her left forearm. A silver hoop in her left eyebrow.

Spirit appearance: Very beautiful. Dark blue eyes. Shortish silvery hair. Intricate gold and red armour � very medieval England. Dark red gloves. Long gold boots with entwined rubies. A royal blue cape.
Weapons: Long sword. Spear. Knives / daggers.
Powers: Some slight levitation. Can speak with all spirits. The power of Earth which changes depending on circumstances. Her music can charm anything.
Alliance: Rebel
History: Maira is the great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grand daughter of Yohmei through his second son, Hanita. Hanita had been a disgrace to his family and a failure as a shaman, which is why he was never mentioned. Luckily for her, Maira inherited her great � grandfather�s skills. She grew up with her mother and brother as a rebel group, always hiding from Zeke�s wrath. Her mother and brother were discovered by him as his relatives, and therefore a possible threat, and so killed them, leaving her alive and un discovered. This only sensed to make her more determined to kill her ancestor, though her identity is known to no one � not even her closest friends � as an Asakura. Only her spirit knows.
