Background:
Twins born to Sailor Galaxia some time later after she had been reborn. Impossible, yes, but it happened and the only other man who could be the father that she could think of would be the Earth Prince she had long ago controlled.
Now, some years later, Galaxia has made the decision to send her children to Earth to learn from the Sailor Senshi of what was once considered a backwater planet.
Going under the guise as Chiba Katsurou and Kazuko, they attend the same courses as Not-so-small- Lady Usagi and her senshi.
However, a piece of Chaos has followed the twins to the blessed planet for one purpose and one purpose only: To obtain the shining light of Earth.
Prince Diamond/Queen Beryl:
They're the children of Demand(Diamond) and Beryl. Now how this came to be...Well~ this could be considered the biggest 'Oops' in Black Moon History. Instead of actually directly going after Chibiusa, they sorts ended up nearly a year ahead of time and the thing that allows them to control where in time they go- was broke.
So being the great neighborhood villain that she is, Beryl decides to help out, but finds that she and Diamond have a LOT in common.
You know the usual 'Wanna take over the world' and 'Oh that's my obsession too!'
And eventually some things took it's course. Now, they're not love with each other, but have this mutual respect thing. Eventually, of course, the time thingy-mcbobber-was fixed. Which meant, they-of the Black Moon- could leave. Though they were going to stay longer, however the whole thing with 'destiny' kinda got in the way, forcing Demand and the rest of them to retreat- though luckily he took the kids with him just as Moon made the whole ' Pink Glowy' dome of death appear.
Thus, you have it. Bixbite (Sailor Tisiphone which means 'Avenging Murder' ) and Amethyst were raised in the future, only knowing that their mother was killed by the 'evil' Queen of Earth.
It certainly doesn't help matters when their father's obsessing over NQSerenity and she's ultimately the reason he's dead. They're also not fond of Black Lady-quite glad she's gone.
They've pledge to seek revenge and if they feel like it, take over Earth int he name of the new Death Phantom- Tom.
