Change your password if you feel its getting tired or if its possibly in danger, but don't change so often it gets forgotten, happened to meh before lol but it was a differen't game.
Don't fall for dumb tricks, and always report peeps if they're asking you or anyone else for a pass, in worlds, on profiles... etc.
Always, ALWAYS! log off, escpecially if its not your computer! I've gotten accounts stolen this way(other games), and becareful, its smart to not get on gaia at the library, at school, firends house (you'd be surprised) and never hit "remeber me" for your cell phone or laptpop, if those get stolen, so is your account,
These aren't the greatest tips but, they can help.

The main ways people get hacked include the following..
Easy to guess password(s) arrow
1 .Answer: Make a more complex Password
Giving out password(s) arrow
1. Answer:
Most peole get hacked when they recieve a pm saying they wil be banned for (etc) if they do not pm their password (Note !): Admins Will never ask for your password.
2.Recklessly a user might give a password to a "Close freind" But they end up loseing all thier gold and items
Fake login pages arrow
Answer: Fake Login pages are usually just pages that look just like the home page but are NOT Just exit out of the windows/tab and ignore it.However,if oyu did fall for a fake login page Immediately change your passowrd
Lack of antivirus: arrow
1.Answer:Sometimes if your computer gets a virus ,the virus might stoaway with your personal informaion on your computer

ALL TRUE admins have colored names (actual color depends on job) b) NEVER USE A GOLD GENERATOR!!! they will ask you for you pass and say you will get a ton of gold!! ITS A SCAM they will take your gold!! and if you EVER feel you must try one use a mule that dose NOT use the same pass as your main account!!

If you suspect someone to be a hacker, report them. I once met a hacker in skittles world that said wanna be rich? I dropped the f-bomb three times on him "******* OFF ***** HACKER GET OUTA HERE! YOU DONT BELONG IN HERE MOTHER *******!!!!!!! ********* U!!!!!!!! may not have been the best response xp but he left and i didnt get hacked so ya XD razz
