Welcome, all ye who seek sanctuary. This guild is a place for diplomacy, for people to act their age (most of the time). Essentially, Congress without the alcohol.
The rules of this guild are simple.
1.) EVERYONE IS TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. This means no name calling, no drama, no flame wars. If you have an issue with somebody, it goes to PMs. Otherwise, your thread will be deleted or placed in a restricted forum. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will be relying on my Vice Captains to enforce this policy whenever I'm offline for extended periods, or else when I'm having a REALLY bad day.
2.) Keep all discussions PG-13. Excessive swearing isn't necessary, and it is kind of annoying. I'm pretty sure most of you are here to avoid that.
3.) Talk like adults. Talk like your age. A couple of spelling and/or grammatical mistakes are okay, and being silly is okay sometimes, but don't go overboard.
These rules will be enforced by a three-strike system. Violators get a strike, and three will result in removal from the guild. However, there is a bright side. The strikes will roll off after a certain amount of time, depending on the severity of the offense.
Now, for your crew. The list goes as follows:
Captain - Adrian Tyndall
Vice-Captain - Watashi wa Sailor Sun
Vice-Captain - Cyberwave-Sniper
Crew - GS Sailor Midnight
Crew - TS Sailor Cronus

Crew -
Joining the crew will be based on past experience for some, for merits accomplished within this guild for others. There can be no leadership without trust, and trust has to be earned. Any current Crew member can float a name for promotion, and the Captains and Crew will vote on it. The approval or veto will be done by majority, and if a new Crewmember is selected, myself or one of the Captains will inform them and conduct the promotion.
If everyone can follow these rules, and remember that we're all grown here, this should be one of the best guilds you can imagine being in.

If you need any of my services I would be glad of help, I own a guild ( granted no longer interested in owning it ) and I made plenty of graphics for it. Plus for other guilds.
I am also a moderator, for a club so I know how to withhold neutrality, without getting personal. So, if need be, I can keep a look out!

I look forward into making friends who may have simular backgrounds like I do, or personality. Its always nice to have support in friendship after all.
And nah I don't mean to be a friendship enthusiast. Friendly friendship. ( I am joking XD ) biggrin
