Welcome to Keket's shop. Here you can by the various goods that she doesn't need from monster hunting. Shop is currently under construction.

As one enters the room, they will notice it not in tip top shape. There is still spots of dust here and there. The Kitchen and forge seem to be in an area to the other side of the shop. On the other end, is the counter which currently contains empty shelves behind it. There is a small wooden table near closer to the kitchen, and a one staircase.

If one was to go upstairs, they would be taken to Keket's bedroom. Because of this, she isn't going to just let anyone up there.

Keket walked into the musty shop and let out a sigh. The place probably had not been used in years. She didn't like the idea of having to clean it up either. She proceeded up the stairs, making sure to check if each step was sturdy enough. There was no telling if termites may have infested the place already.

Luckily she found no problem with the stairs or the floor above. She set her sword down on a table and began to fan out the sheets to the bed. Keket noticed a muffling sound coming from her sword, and a small glow coming from a small circle near the hilt. She sighed as she only partially unsheathed her sword.

"What do you want now?" Keket whispered.

"This place is a bigger mess than the ground you used to sleep on. You honestly going to stay in a place like? I'd rather--muff luff umph!" Sokkwi groaned as Keket quickly placed the sword all the way into the scabbard. For once he was right. This place was worse than outside.

"A little stroll through the night air shouldn't hurt..." Keket chuckled as she left the shop.

As Keket made her way up to her room, she could hear more muffling coming from her sword. Against her best wishes, she unsheathed it for a moment.

"Are you really that dense tonight? That man was obviously hiding something. He didn't seem quit normal. Of course, any man that has to look at your face would probably lose all sense regardless. I know I do." Sokkwi snickered.

"You know I could take that as a compliment. I hear men become rather strange when facing a pretty young women." Keket giggled as she put her stuff down and got ready for bed.

"Y-you know that isn't what I meant you old hag!" Sokkwi yelled before being put away once more. Keket just smiled a bit and headed for bed.

Keket awoke rather late in the day. She felt a little sore from all the sleeping. She performed her daily routing. This includes a shower, getting dressed, and having something to eat. Once finished, she picked up her sword and headed out the door. She still wasn't ready to explore and fight off monsters yet. She just wanted to see what else was in this little town.

Keket slammed the door shut as she entered the house and was tempted to stomp on her way upstairs. She was worried the floors would give in though. She laid the sword down on the table and took it out once more.

"Why did you say something like that? It was very misleading." Keket said angrily at the sword.

"What? He was rather cute. I would have been very interested in him if I were still human. HA! I kid. Ew that was a bit much for me. Seriously though, the way you to were acting a moment ago, it was like some kind of sick puppy love. Besides, you shoved me into the dirt. You deserved it!" Sokkwi said and then made a sound that sounded like a raspberry.

"Whatever...just stick your insults to me next time..." Keket sighed as she put the sword back. She really hoped Toovir didn't take what Sokkwi said to heart. She wasn't having such feelings and she assumed he wasn't either. With that final note she just laid down and went to sleep.

Keket awoke extremely late once again. She just couldn't seem to wake up on time lately. She was getting to use to the calm yet dead atmosphere. As she performed her daily routine she began to wonder what she should do for the day. A good walk around the forest would be nice. Maybe I should train myself a bit before I become too lazy. But...I am curious to see if Toovir is still around. Keket thought to herself as she picked up her sword and headed out the door.

Keket was breathing very heavily now as she noticed them make their way to her home.

"This...is the place." Keket whispered as she tried to open the door. She finally got it open. She stopped and leaned against the counter to catch her breath.

Toovir wasn't happy, not just yet as he followed her inside, hand around her waist guiding her about as he looked around himself now.
"I'm sorry Keket, you shouldn't have walked this far... You can't walk in your condition, just lead me to your bed ok?"
He said this as he gently lifted her up, his left arm under the folds of her legs, and his right arm supporting her back up against him. She didn't weigh much at all, especially to him, Toovir had always had to carry very, very heavy loads, sometimes more then he could physically do, though he was always pushed to, now this time, he wanted to...

"It...It is upstairs..." Keket whispered. She suddenly felt like she was floating for a moment. She was too lightheaded to noticed what was really going on...at first. Once she did though, she was very displeased.

"What...what are you doing?! I am sure I can walk up there myself! Put me down!" Keket tried to kick and yell. However, even her yells at this point were not very loud.

Toovir had studied more then enough about medicines and poisons to realize her condition, and the state that she was in. While taking her up, she managed to kick him in the side of the arm, and for a girl, it hurt! He finally had her up to the room at this point he laid her gently on the bed, then began to rub the now bruised arm.
"I'm sorry Keket, but you're in no condition to walk, you can rest it off in your bed now... Since you want me gone now, I'll leave you..."
He gave a small sigh as he left the room, did he just lose the only friend he was making? It sure seemed like it at the moment, though he only wanted to help her, did he go to far? Normal customs were just something he would have to get used to while not living as a slave.

Keket sighed as she felt herself now in her bed. She felt like she was being treaty like a kid again. However, he was only trying to help her.

"Thank you..." Keket tried to say but she was not sure if he heard her. She didn't want him to think that she was too upset with him. She just wanted to be the one that helped people. Not the other way around. It was what she was raised to do. With these last thoughts on her mind, she fell asleep.

Sokkwi sighed in disappointment. Maybe if that guy had not been there she really could have died.

Keket still felt really drowsy as she awoke but it seemed like the poison was gone. She was not sure. She sighed as she tried to look at herself and then around the room. Even at this point, a simple sting could bring her down. She hurried the best she could to perform her daily routines. Once she was finished, she felt it best to apologize to Toovir for her behavior the other day. She picked up her sword and bag and headed out the door.

Keket was breathing heavily as she made her way back into her home. She locked the door behind her and leaned against it. She needed to take a breather.

"That was so pathetic. Of all things to fear?! Man at least you are keeping me entertained. HAHAHA!" Sokkwi just continued to laugh.

"Shut up!" Keket yelled back in anger as she put her sword back. She was just glad no one was there to see that. She slowly made her way to her room and decided to call it a night. Everything up until that point had gone well.

Keket nearly fell out of bed this morning. She had slept in again but at least not as late as usual. She needed to find an alarm clock or something. Sokkwi could be one but he would keep her up all night. After she took her shower and ate, she grabbed her sword and headed out the door. She left a small note on her door saying that she was going to the mines, just in case one of her new friends came by looking for her. Hopefully she would not be gone too long though.

Keket still had her head down and running as she approached her shop. She stopped at the door and just leaned against it to catch her breath. Sokkwi was right, she was pathetic when it came to this fear. If she kept letting it get the best of her, then something terrible would happen. She took the sign off the door and then sat down on the steps. She preferred to relax outside as opposed to inside a stuffy old house. She needed a bit of time to think.
