The base is located in the bowels of Gotham, hidden deep underground under layers of material specifically used to keep others who are not invited out. The base can only be access by secret entrance on the beach close to Wayne Manor or by teleportation with the proper teleportation codes. The base is heavily shielded to prevent effects from Earthquakes and digging from people above. The base is connected to outposts by communications only and the outposts are located both in Gotham and Metropolis. There is a secret entrance also by the docks and sewers. The sensors around the new universe were set by the Commissar as soon as Eastern Bloc developed the technology. These devices emit a supersonic energy output that allows for both sound and mass to be detected within fifty feet of the sensor; which are quite small. The monitors for the sensors are in the main base HUB, which is the pressure point where each room is accessed. In the lower left wing in the minions quarters and the lower right is the robotics department. Recently two more wings had been added: a gigantic room used to store projects in development and large gym like center used to launch and store finished projects. The final room is the middle lower hall leading from the main HUB, which holds the projects worked on by the entire Masterminds of Evil Projects. The last room is the universal teleporter that located north of the HUB room, leading to a teleporter that takes those who enter it only one place: Dr. Doom’s Castle.

Events in the Base: The base is in protocol shut down, with only the main terminal system and dimensional portal gate 'B' active. All excess points had been shut down and all projects stopped. All organic personal have been terminated by the now dormant machines; the blood still stains the metal floors.

"Then why the fight? If you were just a brain in a robot, wouldn't you take the chance to restore your body if all that was standing in your way was some wise cracking ninja and a satellite? You know how long I've been like this...Far too long...It's my power you fear, isn't it? Along with the whole criminal thing? I only do that to pass the time to beat the boredom! The only reason why I'm helping Arcade is because we're in the same organization that I joined to get Deadpool...Really, I hate the b*****d...But his robotics expertise is pretty good...So glad to be talking to-"

As the Commissar spoke to Batman using the communications within the drone Wonder Woman had captured, the large creature Doomsday yelled at the Commissar while carrying a piece of machinery three times his own size. The machine was a turret used on the Murder Cube and Doomsday was told many times to just insert it into a socket it fit in.

"Hey, Commy, where do you want this?"

Doomsday had trouble trying to remember where these big gun machines went and often had to ask others, but the robots often ignored him and he wasn't suppose to smash them for not listening to him or it got the Commissar all moody.

"For the last time! Over there! Can't you see I'm busy talking to someone?"

The Commissar turned around in a rage at Doomsday's stupidity and started to yell at him, not even afraid of his strength of size. Doomsday came up to the Commissar and turned the chair he was sitting in, staring directly face-to-face into his gas mask.

"Talk to me like that again and I'll flatten you and your base."

Doosmday was getting sick of running errands like some servant; he was one of the most powerful beings in his universe, why did he have to put up with this stupid base and its stupid leader. The Commissar was who he was referring to since Doomsday hadn't seen this so called Dr. Doom and wasn't impressed by his name; Doomsday was the only form of doom that should be around.

"Threaten me again and I'll send you back to the Phantom Zone!"

The Commissar did not back down and kept his posture, not moving an inch from Doomsday's intimidation tactics. The Commissar held the trump card here; he had the ability to send Doomsday back to the Phantom Zone anytime he wanted with a press of a button. The Commissar started to walk away from the communicator, not wanting Batman to hear any of their disputes through the argument.

"Doomsday? Seems I lost him...I knew he was too powerful to be an effective pawn...Unit 079, prepare to move the civilians to the Eastern Bloc base; I want no mistakes this time."

The Commissar was expecting guests to arrive soon, both being Vandal Savage, Blackstone, and Hush. With their additions, the super weapon would soon be operational and if so, it would only be a small amount of time till Deadpool was his or at least his blood. All this work and plotting was getting rather boring for the Commissar; he had been doing this same kind of plotting in the past and the fact he could have been his old self again if it weren't for the Justice League, angered him greatly. The Commissar' rarely got angry, but Superman and his super pals were driving his patients to the limit. There had to be a way besides Weapon X to restore his previous body. The Commissar needed to reclaim Doomsday and checked his sensors in that area.

Moving to the HUB room and checked the sensors of the last area Doomsday was in. What images emerged was beyond the Commissar's expectations: Apocalypse was there and he was attempting to forcibly control Doomsday. The Commissar was tired of this nonsense and decided it would be best to have two birds taken out with one stone, but he needed to contact so big wig in the hero department in order to deal with Apocalypse. The other sensors picked up another large figure; the being previously known as Scarecrow was now the Scarebeast again, though with strange color differences. The Commissar put two together and could only assume Apocalypse was recruiting a new team of Horsemen to serve him and was now trying to recruit Doomsday. Scarecrow obviously got the Pestilence title, but who was Doomsday going to be titled as? Previous records suggested he was going to be War, but then who were going to be Death and Famine? Apocalypse needed to be stopped before he recruited Doomsday or worse, whoever he planned to be the last two Horsemen. Death had to have extreme potential, but whom? The Commissar used his panel to access several drones in storage to do research; whoever were targets for Death and Famine needed to be safely apprehended and the Commissar needed to warn one of those hero big wigs.

ENTER from Gotham

Blackstone continued down the large hall until he came upon a large room. He then paused and glanced around it a moment. Well, this must have been the place...now to simply wait.

"Greetings Mr. Blackstone; we were expecting your arrival."

A Comrad unit confronted Blackstone before a panel of Commissar Drones who were all working on monitoring the areas in several sensors for activity; Apocalypse had returned and no margin could be left for error. Blackstone would be hopefully a help in such a situation, but first the purpose of the Masterminds of Evil needed to be stated.

"Welcome to the Masterminds of Evil; we're experiencing a crisis with the being known as Apocalypse, but no organization wide action has yet to be taken...Feel free to choose a project room and start anything you like...Speak with other units like me; the Doombots tend to only obey Dr. Doom or the Commissar, but sparingly. Feel free to commission your own personal robots...We encourage it in fact...Robotics is what a large portion of our group specializes in. Resources are available upon demand, so feel free to ask for anything, but be prepared to enact in organization projects when the need arrives."

Blackstone knodded and glanced around the room a moment. He had no projects that needed to be seen to that he could think of. Perhaps upgrade each of his devices in the event that he had to use them. I didn't expect that no one would find out just how he used his powers, and he really didn't need anyone trying to tear them off of him.
Though he still had little to no clue where he was or who anyone from this world was. And if possible, it might be worth his while to see a visual of the rest of this planet. Perhaps he'd be able to locate anyone else from his world that had made it to this one. At least he knew how to deal with them.
"Very well. Do any of your computers contain sattelite imagery or profile data? I'm still not familiar with anyone here...or even where here is for that matter."

"You're lucky sir; the Eastern Bloc has the greatest database full of information in this universe. Information on the DC Universe or the Marvel Universe, both labeled thanks to the assistance of a girl named Chris...Some data is restricted such as secret identities...But the rest of it is free to look at. We even have mild data on some of your excursions with your time in this universe...Check if you wish."

Like with many powerful individuals, since Blackstone set foot into this new Universe, the Commissar developed files of data on Blackstone from powers to confrontations he had experienced; the drones just registered his confrontation with Alex a few minutes ago. No one within any part of the world other then specific places like the Sanctum Sanctorum or the JLA Satellite were free from the Eastern Bloc's view; there was almost no place to hide.

Blackstone knodded and moved towards a computer. They did have data on him. "Do you have anything on anyone else from my universe?" he asked. Perhaps he should see who else from his universe was here before he sat down to read up on the others. Better to know if there was anyone from his world that could pose a threat...or that he could use.

"We aren't sure...Feel free to check, we list all the names we here and begin profiles on them. A Sapphire Spider is here along with a girl called Alex, but we don't truly know if others here are from your universe...Feel free to browse through our sensors to find anyone you need...The Commissar has recently placed sensors in Wayne Manor...And we detect major activity in New York."

Blackstone grinned slightly. So she was here. He turned his attention back towards the computer and tried to make himself comfortable. First he'd find anyone from his world that he could, then read up on everyone from the other worlds.

[enter Hush from Gotham City]

Well, it was nice that it was located right in Gotham, Hush thought. He looked around, eyes peering out of bandages, hiding in the shadows, in case it was a trap.

Deathstroke, who was using a computer for something or other, glanced over at him, then shook his head slightly and went back to typing.

After a long while of reading and skimming over what all the computer had on anyone of interest, Blackstone simply had to look at something other than a computer screen. He turned his chair around and stood, cracking his neck a bit as he did. He took one quick glance around the room and noticed that there were a few others in the room now as well. Must have been more absorbed into his readings than he'd though.

After a long moment, and having seen Deathstroke look at him, he figured that it probably wasn't a trap; if it had been, the Terminator would've probably killed him by now. Hush stepped out of the shadows, towards Deathstroke. "I know of you. You're Deathstroke the Terminator." That was all he knew about the man, other than a fair amount he'd heard of Deathstroke's success as a mercenary. he'd recognised him because he'd heard about his half-black mask, his most recognisible feature in costume.

After a moment, Blackstone turned and headed towards some of the other rooms of the large complex. He glanced at some of the...Comrad units as he passed. They all seemed to be occupied with whatever the current crisis was even more so than before. Something else happened apparently. No matter...

One of the robots did finally approach him, and asked if there was anything he needed.

"Are there any rooms here to rest in?" he asked.

"Of course. Right this way Mr. Blackstone." the bot replied as it led him down the hall.

Blackstone followed, taking note of how to get to the room and back. They soon came to a hall lined with closed doors. The unit walked up to one of the doors to the left and opened it, holding it there for Blackstone to walk through.

"The rooms should have everything you need. But if you require anything else, let us know." it said.

Blackstone knodded at it and walked inside. Hm, not the best room he'd ever stayed in...but it certainly wasn't the worst. It should do for now. He'd at least be able to do what he thought he'd need to do in private. "I may have some items I need later." he said as he glanced back at the bot, just to let it know that it would be needed later.
