Okay...I know I'm busy with my own guild and I'm hoping it's going to start running....i don't have very many members...
anyhow what we need to do here is start banning the people with zero posts. I would do this but it isn't only up to me.
Then we have only members who are going to post. If we have 120 members that are members and only 10 are posting it does us no good....we need active members.
side note: if anyone wants to join my guild pm me and i'll give you more information. It's a mixed guild, contests, yaoi yuri action and other rps, picture posting and ooc talk.

Boy_Taker, I can help you with getting those members active. I will PM the ones with 0 posts, okay?
If they do not accept PMs then I will post their username below with this one edited so there are no towers, unless you reply to this one then I can post below so you can start banning members that do not accept PMs.
I will put beside the username under this "PMs sent" whether they accepted or rejected. The rejected gets the auto boot.
I have 9 guilds of my own, not meaning to brag here, but I suppose its time that I show my prowess as a good member and why I own 9 guilds.

I am waiting to hear back from them. If they post, I will see it in the members list.
If they have an excuse, they will PM me. If you notice member drops then you know that they were just being ignorant.
Just to note, I have PMed Blackwinged_Kanone, and noticed that the last login date for this member was in 2008. So, he might not be using that username anymore.
Rubie Zin has an excuse. She has Summer classes.

Please, everyone listen to Boy Taker! I know this means a lot from you, but, think of the insult you are giving to the guild captain when you join and then don't post.
I have seen too many of these cases happen lately, and it only makes me want to re-suggest the idea of Gaia Admin guild activity checks.
This means, the guild captain can set a time limit for someone to post 1 thing before they are auto booted for inactivity.
So, if you accept a guild invitation or you send a join request, from the time you join, you will get an admin PM in the form of a notice to "Don't forget to post in..." then the name of the guild will show.
If you fail to do so, then you are booted from the guild.
