Egg Custard Tarts!
I only know how to make the filling, so just buy your own crusts. sweatdrop
Filling Ingredients:
2/3 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cup of water
9 eggs
1 small dash of vanilla extract (if you want, it's an option.)
1 cup of milk
Makes: ~ 25 small tarts, you'll probably have extra filling though.

1. Preheat your oven to 230°c /450°f.
2. Put the water and sugar together in a pan/pot, and boil it until all the sugar is dissolved. Then let it cool down to room temperature.
3. Beat the eggs completely and nicely so there're no air bubbles, then add them to the room temperature water-sugar mixture.
4. Add the milk (and the small dash of vanilla if you choose.)
5. Mix nicely!
6. Add the filling to the tart shells.
7. Put them in the oven and cook them for 15-20 minutes until they look silky gold coloured and the filling puffs up a bit. If you aren't sure if they're done or not, stick a knife into a tart and slide it out. If it comes out cleanly with no egg custard stuff on it, then the tart is done.
8. Enjoy.
~ If you have extra filling, you can save that for a few days until you want to make more. Or you can just cook that also and just have plain egg custard with no tart crust. xd
