 Just before you leave for the beach you pass by a rounded building made out of stone with wooden window frames,it looks like it could use a good coat of paint and the rock pathway could use another good cleaning up to the windowed front door. A hand painted sign hangs loosely “Open” hastily written in small cursive script on it.
The chimney sticks out on top of the house, billowing sweet smelling smoke like bread cooking.
It looks a good way under construction, a few different samples of paint are streaked along the wall and a few of the windows are slowly receiving wooden window boxes ready for flowers and other decorations.

A soft bell rang as the front door of the cafe opened and a tiny woman stepped out emerging from a cloud of dust with a broom in hand, trying desperately to somehow remove all the dirt from the building. It would seem that the pervious owners were not one for cleanliness nor keeping the windows shut as to Autumn it seemed like all the dirt outside had made its way inside over the years. She sneezed looking back with a small frown of disapproval as she had finally after hours of work she had finally pushed the last of what was all over the wooden floors out. Autumn sighed deeply as she went over her mental checklist of things to do, she still had several tasks to complete that she was rather not looking forward to do: dust the shelves, clean the kitchen, wash the windows, work out a menu… well, she was looking forward to making the menu but it was at the bottom of her list for a reason. “Honestly,” she huffed “I’m a chef, not a maid.”
Taking her hair out of her high pony tail Autumn wiped her brow looking at the sky with mild interest, making a mental note to get a clock when she made enough money. It looked like it was fairly early and maybe she could take a break. “What sort of produce I can get here? Are there even any farmers that live here?” She questioned out loud, shuddering a bit hoping that yes, indeed there were farmers here- the shipping fees for outside produce ould be outragous. She pondered this for a good minute and let her mind get a little side tracked. “I wonder what it’s like to grow things…” She filed it away in her mind to try her hand at planting fresh produce some time as she began to sweep the stone walkway.

Autumn opened the front door and a soft bell rang. The room was rather basic; it had a few wooden tables and chairs that had just recently been cleaned. At the center of the room was a large wood burning oven that could be used for baking breads and what-not with a large row of counters in front for food preparation and for other cooking other methods. You can see that she has decided to paint the room a warm powder blue, like the sky. “Please have a seat and make yourselves at home. Sorry it’s a bit rudimentary, but I plan on getting it properly fixed up once I get enough money.” Autumn said turning away motioning at the chairs as she walked past to start up the grill.

Toovir walked inside of the restaurant, looking around at the place, taking in the scenery and painting details. He noticed the large kitchen in the center and stood there a bit curious.
Does one really need all that kind of materials for cooking?
He pushed his thoughts aside and took a seat, looking at Autumn and waiting to see what actual food cooked by a trained specialist would be like.
(We'll wait for Yami but you know that I type in italics when my characters think. Also you know how to roll for 'expert creation' making the food 1 level higher then normal right? If you don't see the 'Character / Skill / Item Levels' post in the forums. ^-^)

Keket slowly followed behind and was the last to enter the building. She prefers to save most of her energy for training, and tends to relax a bit more than she should when she isn't. She took a seat across from Toovir and scanned the area. It looked far nicer then her place. Maybe she should stop being so lazy and clean up her place too.
"Your place looks quit lovely. Did it come like this?" Keket asked Autumn.

(( Woot woot, over 50! blaugh )) Autumn, grilled the mushrooms quickly serving them on a small white plate handing both of them forks. “No, it did not come like this- I have been working for quite some time…though it’s rather bare still, it’s a little embarrassing.” She blushed a bit. “When this place is done, I want much more comfortable furniture, a cozier feel, sunflowers painted on the walls for the name sake, maybe some beds of flowers outside…oh, before I forget since I am on the subject you ever want help at your shop just ask Keket!” she said going down a mental list of the dream café. “Oh! Anyway, enjoy!” Autumn chirped clapping her hands together.

Toovir looked to the mushroom dish, a bit confused but... The aroma they let off... The spices that blended in with the taste... He looked over the mushrooms and sniffed them... Absolutely intoxicating to his senses... His stomach began to growl and his mouth watered a bit as he took a bit of the mushroom... As it hit his taste-buds his eyes opened wide and he dropped the fork on the table, his hand still left aloft as though the fork was still in his mouth, the taste... From what he normally ate all his life... Moldy, rotten foods, and now something like this... It was like eating love... He simply couldn't get over it until a tear rolled down his cheek...

(Hmm maybe I should try something too during my more confusing posts? )
"I am not used to so many luxuries. If I had too, I would be content sleeping in a tree. The only thing I do get picky about is having enough showers or baths. As for my shop, I will keep that in mind. I guess more will be willing to enter if it looked nice. Still...I need to find merchandise first." Keket replied as she took Sokkwi out and leaned him against the chair next to her. His constant fidgeting was annoying her. Keket then noticed Toovirs expression as he looked and then ate his meal. She was a little worried for a moment.
"He...isn't hallucinating is he?!" Keket yelled as she looked to him and then back down to her food. It looked normal to her. There couldn't be anything wrong with it right? She cautiously took a bite and savored the flavor. It tasted fine to her. In fact it was more than fine. There was nothing better then a freshly cooked meal. But then what was wrong with Toovir?
"Toovir...are you alright. Maybe he is allergic?"

Autumn gasped as she watched his reaction "Was it bad?! I am so sorry Vir!” She said bowing profusely. "I did not mean to make you sick! I will make it up to you I swear. Let me get you some water so you can wash the taste out of your mouth!” She said running to the tap panicking a little bit she felt so bad, the taste even made him cry. She slammed a glass of water next to him taking in what Keket said she began to tear up “I-I poised him, didn’t I?” She said pulling out a large handkerchief and blowing her nose.

Toovir just gazed for a moment, the taste was simply to great for him to understand... After a few more moments he blinked a bit, and hung his head, putting down the fork, his hands now in his lap, though he wanted it badly, and the aroma was killing him, enticing him to eat... He could not...
"I'm... I'm sorry but... You're cooking is to good for me... I don't deserve such a good thing..."

Keket heaved a heavy sigh as she laid back and tried to finish up her meal.
"Please Toovir...don't scare us like that again. And who said you didn't deserve this? It was a gift. You accept it and say your thanks..." Keket finally said once she finished off the last of her food. She was not a huge fan of mushrooms but this was just too good not to go head over heals for.
"Thank you Miss Autumn. Though it was only a small portion of what you could do, it was delicious.. I can't wait to see how you are when you have to cook a full course meal." Keket giggled.
"Suck up..." Sokkwi grumbled. He couldn't remember the last time he got to eat something. What did food taste like again?

Autumn was just glad he was ok; she gave a sigh of relief and put her handkerchief away.
“I really think you deserve it Vir, I really do.” She smiled taking Keket’s plate. “After all, you’re sort of my savior for being here. What could I cook if there was no food? I really think you are truly a gift to this community for bringing new life to it with us. This is the perfect place for the new, a new home, new people, new places… I am sure that if we work together we will be able to make this community flourish.” She said with a sigh washing the plate. “Please finish your portion (so I can wash your plate). Sometime this week of next week a friend of mine will come to see if he would like to live here…” Autumn smiled.

Toovir just gave a nod as he began munching the food, it was so good, the mushroom almost melted in his mouth, the spices and herbs were perfectly blended together... Maybe it was the fact that he's never eaten anything besides raw, moldy, or rotten foods... But it was so good, as he chewed he wiped away a few tears from his eyes, and began to mumble to himself...
"This... Is to good for me..."
Though he finished off the plate, every last morsel on it in fact, not a spec of the sauteed sauce, not a spec of mushroom, it was almost as if the thing had been through two washing cycles. He only wiped away some more of the tears with his sleeve as he shoved the plate away from him. After his face was now dry, he turned to Autumn, giving a nod.
"Then I will do my best Autumn... To help you with whatever foods you need... Just ask me whenever you need a favor..."

Keket sat there a bit stunned by Toovir's action in 'cleaning' his plate. She knew it wasn't his fault but she could not help but start to feel really bad for him. Just how miserable were his years?
"Um...yes. Well it looks like you have another passion to follow Toovir. It may be all you know, but everyone is counting on you to run that farm of yours." Keket said as she tried to stick to the topic on hand.
"Who is everyone? I still only count 3..." Sokkwi replied.

"Good! I don't have much money now, but I’ll buy your produce and throw in a bonus of cooking something with the crop you give me just for you, okay?” She smiled picking up his plate not really minding that he had licked it clean and began to wash it. Autumn chuckled a bit “You certainly have a healthy appetite, once I get some inventory in feel free to eat here any time you like, I am hoping that I can get some connections up so I can import some things too- they will be expensive but I believe if I barder with them enough I should get some things at a reduced price. And I’m sure the people who are going to move here will be grateful too, Sokkwi.” She smiled
