Richard is an inherently suave and womanizing person. He's exceptionally keen at managing information and on top of a photographic memory, unbelievable math skills, a love for Meth, LSD and Cocaine and grand criminal tendencies, the man is one of the most desired insider criminals in America. Good thing he's been with the Yakuza for 13 years on account of his unusually dogged loyalty, ability to turn over small fortunes in gambling, and skill with reconnaissance. He is very confident, and when it comes to trouble he does his best to be a smooth operator.
S p e c i a l t i e s :
Fluent in English; Japanese; French. The best card counter in Japan, and arguably in Asia. He's a brutal street fighter with no qualms about getting bloody, but he's not very composed. He's learned in all data collection protocol, from wire tapping and lip reading to simply sizing up a person (a perk he picked up from being a master gambler). He's also got serious skills at breaking and entering. He's street wise - has connections throughout Tokyo and ears everywhere looking for drugs, gambling and anything that might put a thorn in the Yakuza's side.

Richard's a gun fanatic, but not particularly skilled with them. His favorite, without question, is a Desert Eagle .50. He treats it like it's his child, and even has the Ace of Spades embossed along the top of the barrel in gold.
B a c k g r o u n d :
Richard was born in Louisiana to an English father and American mother. His father, being another avid gambler, taught him everything there was to know about gambling. The one thing that he lacked Richard had, which was a genius level of mathematical knowledge. By the time he was 18, gangsters across the country wanted him dead, and he became notorious for swindling colossal amounts of money off of people. Under threat of death, Richard left America for Japan.
There, he immediately fell in love with the criminal underworld. His love of drugs, money and being in the inner circle immediately attracted him to the Yakuza, who initially rejected him and nearly killed him for being an American. However, his dogged approach and undisputed abilities led them to bring him into the family, hesitantly at first, and now openly embraced. He's considered a trustworthy man, but utterly reckless. He likes it that way.
