He's a good looking guy, but is he just a pretty face?

We've seen him in action once...in the "Man in the box" episode...where he had a so-so run.

This last episode makes me wonder if he and Rachel might have a thing going for in the future...watch him be married though...

It does seem like the whole Thomas/Rachel thing might happen... People also think that Alias will take a Thomas/Sydney turn, but I don't see that happening. She seems pretty hung up over Vaughn, and I don't thinkt that the writers would give her a new love interest this early.

Wait... What's this about being married? eek

Remember, he got really mad at Marshall when he took it upon himself to update everyone's records and found out that that he had been married...and hadn't mentioned it.

Now I'm starting to wonder who his supposed ex-wife really is/was.

They could make this interesting...maybe make it Lauren, or Peyton...or tie it to Syd's family somehow.

I don't know if I trust him yet. I am still thinking that maybe he might not be as much of a good guy as some might want him to be. ninja

He seems to be really shady... Like the whole marriage thing, how no one ever knew, and then he bites Marshall's head off for discovering it. sad He seems to have a hidden past...

Who do you think his wife was? whee

I have no idea what to think of his character, so far all signs seem to be all mixed up in order to confuse us about him... I think we'll just have to wait and see what his deal is. I was so excited when he first came on, I loved him when he was on Charmed for a little bit as a boyfriend of Paige, I think he's really cute!

I wonder if they will get a chance to finish out what he's up to....

I get the distinct impression that they didn't have time to finish out what he was meant to do...

Without spoiling anything, it seems like the conclusion forhim was a little too abrupt and convenient.

**spoilers**

His death by bomb explosion was not fitting, but I"m glad we found out about his wife. I think that he would've dated Rachel, and while it was sad that he died, there was not enough time to really get to know him.

**end of spoilers*

Why did the writers have to kill him?
And why didn't he just try to run and make it? He could have at least tried.

The point was he didn't want to try. He understood that his sacrifice would save lives, and he took that. Sure, he cared for Rachel, but he knew that if he could do just one great thing, he would maybe accept himself.

At least, that is the way I took it.

I think in his mind, it was the way for him to stop the pain of losing his wife. All the time he spent obsessing over who and why she was killed to find out it was just an accident.

Yeah, that was what I meant by accepting himself and the man he turned out to be after his wife's death, and to find it was all an accident...I don't think he knew how to accept that.

It was sad how he died...but in a way a little disappointing, because we never got to fully learn about him. Sort of like the way the Illyria character was on Angel. Presumably she died in the "final battle", but there was so much to be learnt from her character. Oh well, I suppose not every character can be explored and explained to where it is sufficient enough for me. I'm detail crazy.lol

It all boils down to time, budget, and ratings.

Yep, sadly enough...

Now ratings I have a dispute against. Only select tv's with the Neilson's box, or however you spell that, actually get recorded and used in the ratings systems. It's sort of subjective, or so I think.

Many a good show has gotten cut due to budget, or star's salaries.
