I'm gonna start off by saying I haven't read the other posts [because I have an annoying freakin' headache] so I apologize if this has already been suggested.

I think people who haven't posted at least 3 times within the last month should be banned. I mean, what's the point of being a part of a guild if you don't take part!? It really bugs me when people join and then don't contribute. Either post of beat it. :] [[I *was* going to make that nicer, but I figured, to hell with it. lol]]

What do you guys thing?!

While I do understand your frustrations on this subject... That is not how the original founders of this Guild wanted it to work. :/

However, I am working on amending it.

It actually states "Once a member your account will never be deleted due to inactivity."

I am trying to amend it to where anyone not active on Gaia (period) for a year, their account is deleted from this guild.

Reason is that we believe that... Someone who comes to us in a time of need, we will help, if they choose to continue here at the Advice, Please Guild by being an active member and respect the rules, then they are welcome. However we will not turn away someone who asks for help and then is not active because we simply do not know if they will ever need help again, and we want to be there for them.

So you see... this isn't so much about being a socially active guild as just being there for someone who needs you to be there.

However (again) I am working on that as well. I would like to create a "social" sub forum here, within the guild that will serve as... lets say... the chatterbox of our guild. That way there will be more of an incentive for people to stick around. I would also like to do things like charities and/or other events to bring in a little more cash flow so we can do more with the guild.

Thoughts on the matter?
