We need a rule where MOTM Candidates can't be Crew/Vice/Capt because it feels real shady when the entire list is comprised of most if not all crew and up. This is just my personal opinion, what do you all think?

That's kinda stupid, imo.
Crew are members too.
The last list basically summed up who I thought deserved it before it was editted.

That's where I disagree. D:
Crew has nothing to do with worth.
It has to do with what the person does within the guild.
Therefore, crew shouldn't matter in regards to MotM.
If a member of this guild shines, they should be nominated.
Crew or not.

I gotta agree with Gore.
If only worthy member were on crew, you can bet there would be a lot more of the older members on it.
When we nominate motm we need to ignore status.
