This city is not nearly as large as Refléter City but it does seem like it was developed up to a few years ago. The houses look about the same except that they are coated with ice and snow. There are animals that wander the streets but they are mainly the ones you would typically find high in the mountains.

Stella and Luna had been running around, throwing half-made snowballs at each other which, when thrown, disappeared into thin air. Luna finally had found a chunk of snow nicely packed, and threw it at her twin. It hit Stella and caused her to fall face down into the snow. She rolled over onto her back and they both stared at each other and then burst into laughter. Stella stopped laughing and said, "Huh, it seems less snowy nowadays." Her sister then stopped laughing as well and looked around. She, too, had noticed and decrease in the snow. "Less animals in this frozen city as well, Stella." They stood up and shook the snow off their clothes. Stella walked up to a nearby house, wiped the snow off where it's windows should be, and peered inside. Luna walked around and dug up some snow for a rock. "Everything is still inside these house, Luna." At that same moment, Luna came over with a rock and began chipping away at the ice of the window.
