Send a request to join this guild and explain or revise what sort of guild you would like to run, also whatever else you think I might need to know.
If you would like to support the Exeon Alliance so I'm not funding the projects alone, please state that in the join request... until this guild is active you may need to PM myself (Zechs) about joining, this should be done after having sent the join request.Here's the bottom part revised. I bold everythnig inprotant and up it, mak sure it's redable. put it in size 14 maybe.

I've got 300k and I am willing to sponsor any guilds for this cause, but only if you are willing to follow a few terms:
1: I’d prefer if I did have to run the guild myself
2: The name Exeon is displayed either in the title or on the homepage, along with a small symbol that represents the Exeon Alliance (a flag or shield)
3: There MUST be a council within the guild that can successfully agree on decisions and changes in the guilds
4: The guild must maintain an activity of at least 50 posts per month after 1 month.
5: You are expected to follow Gaia's TOS
