I like the mechanics of your wings but your faces need alittle work.

I've noticed these both have a similar problem... the ears in the wrong place..... the second one though, her nose looks off, she's got a cat-ish nose, so it's that particular character, not so much the picture for that one thing... what do you think needs to be worked on? I'm all ears for ideas to help improve my art. ^-^

Well your face shape needs work. Try finding magazine faces and just outline the basic shape of the head and then put in the placement lines.
