What you thought was a mere apartment complex on the outside turns out to hold some of the world's most wanted criminals, or at least those who still decide to reside here. The main ground zero consists of a small lobby where everything is barred up, door, windows, soda machines, all barred up, but all of them unlocked. Then there's the elevator, and adjacent to that a staircase. When you go up from floor to floor there's not much difference between each floor. When you get off the staircase or elevator, the floor is simply a plain white hallway with a series of doors. What could inhabit a good twenty prisoners confides only to one person for each floor.
However, once you get to the top floor, things become incredibly different. Hallways, staircases and rooms...all covered with bars. What was saved for the number one world's most wanted criminal has been emptied out and reduced to rusting bars and empty, dirty rooms. A floor fit enough for a paranoid tyrant king.
