The streets of this 2 square miles, the Alleys are a simple way of travel throughout the island. The place is so convoluted and cramped together, due to the buildings disguising the island. Due to its infamous past for holding the most wanted, the ceilings of the alleys have been barred, for its previous security reasons. Nobody, however seems to care about the bars too much, because the thing they had to worry about was were the thin electrical wires that wrapped around those bars. Those have been turned off long ago and have no threat to anybody. Now the bars have been rendered to mere monkey bars.
