i would have to say sephiroth was the hardest by far but i still did it first time

Sephiroth, I lost to him like 12 times. Took a break reached lvl.88 and kicked his a**!
But he has these attacks, that he'll just appear out of no where and attack you so that you'll automatically die. Unless you have "Aurora"& that move that let you live with 1hp left.... eek
