every Organization member needs an element here are some unused ones
USEABLE ELEMENTS
-Gravity
-Vaccume
-Mangnatism
-Lazers
If you want more explanation about any of these (what they can/can't do, how strong) just PM me.
Of course these aren't the only useable elements, feel free to think one up yourself, however there are some

Another possibility for an element could be poison, acid, or something from that area.

I think Kinetics and Temperature is the same. Not sure though, seems like it.

Kinetics is movement energy (increased speed and ultra manuverability).
Temperature is heat (absorb enough to shoot fire or release enough to shoot ice)

I have yet another suggestion. Someone can use sound as their element, and their weapon could be a guitar. Also can you add Shadow to the unuseable list. Thats my element.

Sonics and Sound are the same thing. Your element is listed as Darkness

You could crush it up to make sand to help Xyltor out or crush rock up and have someone make sand.
