There's a moment you know...So, when I was a toddler [about 2], my biological father walked out of my life, never came back. He did have another daughter, though, who is older than me by four years. I met her once, but I was just a baby, so I don't remember it. I haven't had any contact with her since my father left, and my mom, my brothers and I moved out of California and up to Oregon, so we weren't even in the same state.
However, my mom, on a whim, did a search for a Natalie O'Donnell in San Bernardino [where I was born, and where she lived last time we saw her], and we found her! It turns out that she still lives in San Bernardino. My mom gave her my e-mail address and she sent me an e-mail! We've been e-mailing back and forth for a couple of days, and it's been amazing! I'm so happy! I've always wanted to know my sister. Also, she's going to Seattle for a wedding this August, and she's going to stop in Portland on her way there and visit me!

Nice, happy you got that chance.
Unlike me, I have a stepsister too but she doesn't give a crap about me. She got married and invited only my father. And the last time she saw me was when I was like 2 years old.
So I don't care about her. x
