I've been thinking... Once we PM everyone, the members who do not reply or start posting in the guild will be deleted or be demoted to a regular member rank... Is this a good idea? Why or why not?

Well it does sound very possible. You should first , when possible , demote them and give them a warning of being inactive. Then if they continue , then I guess we have a right to ban them then. I think our crew is kinda too big.. don't you think? I've seen other guilds with 200+ members and only 5+ crew members , and they could handle it. o_e

Yes, yes... That's what I was thinking... And I do think our crew is kind of big... I talked to Rowell about it but he said he knew them all so... Idk if we can...
I found a guild that had about 2100 members and 3 crew members... o_e But one crew member is a mule so I guess that brings it down to 2 crew members...

Darn , but some of the crew members on there don't go on at all , or those names were their old gaias. That guild is crazy o__0 That's just waaaay to small for a crew with that many members in their guild , lol.
