Help How should i make it!? i was thinking clay or wood but i'm not sure i can get it in the shape i need that way. Help please!

I would say paper clay since it air dries and you can sandpaper it to smooth it out an flaten out the areas you want flaten. Then use any type of paint on it. The bars on the watch you can get some metal wires(from wire hanger etc.) and connect them to the paperclay watch when it's in the shape you want and still wet.
