Well im new but what i would do is confront him he even moves or anything have the gun pointed at him see what hes doing and he does
anything crazy that will yes resort to killing him

Well knowing assassins/hitmen they wont go quitely go if you do confront one just shoot at him/her to disarm the person so that way you can take them and ask who hired him/her

u can either get patrol man to follow him (undercover) if not then if he pulls a gun on some1then u open fire
