Going to a convention anytime soon!
You may be lucky and find a fellow member may be going as well!
^_^ or post a convention that you went to that you might recommend others to go to!?!

FanimeCon and Kin-YoobiCon are both really awesome!
FanimeCon is really big, but it's BY fans FOR fans, and still has a lot of that smaller Con goodness! This takes place in San Jose during Memorial Day Weekend.
Kin-YoobiCon is a small Con that's just growing bigger and better, with MUCH more variety then before! This takes place in Hayward, but it's only for 1 day on August 8th.

Here's all of the cons that I attend regularly... SakuraCon (Seattle, Washington; proudly been attending it for 7 years now) AkiCon (Everett, Washington; fairly new, but totally awesome) KumoriCon (Portland, Oregon; only attend if I can afford it)

Since I've known and been to both, I'd kinda like to talk to you about why you're choosing AX over FanimeCon. I personally prefer FanimeCon, and you'd be able to see me at Fanime ^^;

Snowspartan1399 ninja my location prohibits me from going to any coventions around gonk . But i love going to see bands at the House of Blues blaugh Well you'd be surprised. Since you're underaged you could go with a group of friends maybe, or a responsible adult or something. I mean if it's an Anime Con that is. I see quite a few underaged people at FanimeCon, and they have staff that makes sure the underaged don't get into the hentai sweatdrop

I live on the east coast and it would be really hard to ask my parents if i can fly out to the east coast with a bunch of people I dont really know sweatdrop . Im not saying that i wouldn't trust your friends Its just there would be a very slim chance I could. Sorry sad
